The Loop is critical to Duval lore, a Jacksonville legend. A rare longstanding restaurant that not only maintained but actually improved their quality. For over a decade now, if I have a bad day at work, my cure is 3 chicken tenders w/ honey mustard, a cup of tomato bisque soup (to dip my tenders in of course), and an Oreo milkshake. It is a combo that soothes the soul. This place rocks
I've been a regular customer for years. I'm mostly impressed with the consistent quality of the food and now I consider The Loop a good value. I do believe they have the best juiciest burgers and the Asian Chicken wrap is my favorite- wonderful tasting dressing on it and I often have it without the chicken to have more greens. When I'm being self indulgent, I order a milkshake. They are absolutely delicious. Im happy to give a five star review.

If you haven't been to this place... go! Everything is great, it isn't bad w prices either. I mean, even the broccoli was fantastic. How many places can you say that about? It was clean, staff was friendly. The only difficult part was finding parking as it is in a very busy, small area with tons of shops and lots of people. The restaurant itself had a lot of people in their, yet didn't feel crowded. I highly recommend this place. Even the kids cheese pizza was made with fresh cheese. Something for everyone here.
What an amazing new place we found. We always go for a walk in the area and wanted to try this place. Once inside the color scheme and ambiance is so much fun. The staff was absolutely attentive and laughing and smiling it was great. There are two floors and we opted to go sit outside on the second level and it was breathtaking. I got the blueberry lemonade with vodka and it was so awesome. We got the crab hush puppies and the gator bites and they were fabulous and a lot of food. We will definitely be coming back and we will bring friends also. They do offer a military discount so that was a plus.
I used to frequent the Loop for years awhile back but they had declined and I stopped going. Visited this on yesterday and was very pleasantly surprised. The food was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. I just may start adding it back to our rotation of restaurants.
Hair is cooked into the meat and after the nasty employees hair gets entangled in your food as you bite into your burger . This hair was fully cooked into the burger and the fact that the hair flossex my teeth I’m genuinely traumatized and the fact that the manager basically laughed in my face when I told her it was hair in my food as if she already knew it was hair and I was wrong for not enjoying the taste of the hair infused burger. Very disrespectful could not understand how people would let an establishment be ran so poorly.
Although you will pay some extra dollars here than at other burger places, it is worth it! These burgers are made with great quality ingredients, and you can taste it. My mushrooms, onions, and swiss cheese burger was done exactly right. I hit the spot, fresh steak fries, and a bowl of tomato bisque soup. Yummy! Excellent food, and the service was friendly and fast. Gets busy at noon during the week.
Unfortunately another inflated local, great toppings (minus the bacon being burnt), ruined by lack of seasoning not even salt in the patty which looked handmade, onion rings great, fries great, but considering I spent 80 for 6 people, the food doesn't reflect the price unfortunately, I'll be back in hopes that today was an off day.
