Fine salads but the chicken was cold dry bland and stale. Feels like it's been sitting in a fridge for a week the sandwiches looked miserable also but I didn't try any.

Stumbled on this place on my last day in Portland, and had a really delicious lunch. I highly recommend the asparagus sandwich, and all of the salads.

Small and friendly. I have become addicted to their Scallion and Cheddar Scones. But each Scone I tried was excellent.
I used to come here at least once a week when I worked downtown. Everything is delicious and I hope it always is in business so I can come get bread.

I was drawn in by the window sign for Portland Spicy Peanut Butter, which lived up to my expectations, but what really wowed me was the fun and friendly staff here. They were both so kind and in just a brief encounter we had a lovely discussion about my vacation, their life plans, and other adventures. Thanks so much for the pb, salad samples, and most of all the warm, welcoming attitude!
Fabulous downtown deli/sit-down diner. Phenomenal Oregon hazelnut toffee in various flavors from a Bend purveyor! Try 'em All! Superlative carrot cake (full fat carnivorous and Vegan, too!). Eclectic range of salades and curious, delicious wines to take away. Primo meats from an artisan of renown. What's not to love, here!? Go Already!
