As a pregnant woman nearly about to pee myself. My fiancé brought me here to grab a late lunch and use the bathroom initially though to not pee myself. The way I had initially been treated by the woman name tag "King" Subway is unacceptable. Maybe I should of peed myself defiance of her inhospitable treatment. Though I have too much self-respect to act out like that. So grateful to have had a different woman with the name tag of "Miss Harriett" Subway to take my order.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE USING THE APP. I have ordered twice from this location and they did not make my order correctly. I asked for extra spinach, banana peppers and olives. On the entire sub I got 9 spinach leaves, 7 banana peppers and 10 olives on the entire sub. When I asked for extras the manager lied to me and told me that they did not have anymore onions and olives while I saw some in the case then gave me only 4 extra banana peppers for 2 subs. Not sure why I bother frequenting fast food in the hood. I should have and will from now on go to Russ Doe’s sandwich shop for lunch.
This place is horrible. Workers are rude and Very unprofessional. Appearance at this store and each time my service has not been good at all. Worker are unfriendly. There is never enough supplies. The outside of the store is so nasty. and unkept. I never visit this place again. I suggest yall shut down this store. ITS SO NASTY AND UNHEALTHY and RUDE SERVICE.

Very professional. Zae hooked up a delicious Steak and Cheese wrap and was sure to keep all of my veggies and meat in the wrap even though it was a big wrap. Nice work y’all.
Brandon the manager along with his other two co-workers rocked! We had 7 subs and a salad to order and the three of them worked right along side each other to knock our order out! I have been in Jacksonville for a year now and this is by far the best one yet! Way to go, gentlemen, y'all are the best!
Ladies and gentlemen, in the 30 years I have been eating subway and the 20+ years I have been ordering my custom cut after wrapping veggie sub,I have never been so disrespected and ill treated as I was today during my visit to this establishment. I asked the worker who's name is Ms. Rashid to please wrap my sandwich and then cut thru the paper (I normally get a puzzled look of confusion when I ask this). Ms. Rashid yelled out "Aww Hell Naww, You trippin!" She was serious at first I thought she was joking...I said...well...I have been ordering my sandwiches this way for 20 years...she said..." well this is your first and last time ordering them here at this subway " I said well you sure don't have to worry about me returning and she said that's fine we will be alright...I asked her if the owner would feel the same way about losing a customer...she said she really didn't care and that she didn't need the job anyway. People rarely do I ever want to see someone get fired from their job...but today was one of those days...I forgot to mention that Ms. Rashid said she was the manager so when the leadership is bad it usually trickles down. I would avoid this location if you have special needs or requirements for your food...you might get cursed and disrespected for asking.
Never delivered food ordered online for delivery. Multiple attempts to contact, was informed that my experience was passed on to the team, but nothing was done to remedy my problem. Happened over a month ago and they refuse to refund my money.
The staff here are amazing; quality customer service. The preparation of your meal and a calm atmosphere merit a return to business.
