Turkey Sub normally I love coming here but today struck a nerve for me. They were out of Tomato and cucumbers and I can't eat a sub without it. I had cucumber when I got home but no tomato in the house I was about to cancel my order but I had a coupon for 2 subs. Today only was the worst tasting sub I ever tasted from this location. I will start calling before I even attempt to order something from them again

The workers in here are sooo unprofessional!!!! Cursing out loud and rude!!!!! The females have very nasty mouths. I had to scream my order over the music.

We went into the building expecting to use the coupons which Subway mails out. They were slow, no one was in line besides us and the young lady informed us if we came in one by one she would be able to fix our orders separately and accept our coupons. Due to us walking in together she could only use one coupon per GROUP. That would have been 3-4 different paying customers. We proceeded to another subway location and our orders are currently being prepared.

NEVER AGAIN So I ordered a Philly cheese steak but I wanted my pepper and onions on the side because I want to cook saute them when I got home and the young lady tells me they don't do veggies on the side that I could get it on my sandwich which would have been fine if I get extra mayo on my sandwich thinking I could get my veggies on the side This is ridiculous They only do this in predominantly black neighborhoods I feel like I was trying to get something for nothing my sandwich was $13 for bread meat and mayo which doesn't seem like a lot but it's my money so it's a lot to me and I don't find out I couldn't get it on the side til after I paid for my food I would never go back to this location bad enough I had to come back to the restaurant after coming early in the day and the bread was under proof and the sandwich artist refused to give me a proper piece of bread stating it was fifo which I did but didn't understand that bread should have been wasted u wasn't gonna give me a discount on it so give me what I am paying for quality wise all for this to happen on my second trip I stay right up the street and this is my first and last time visiting this establishments They I made the comment I love this location for the cashier to get smart with me stating "me too" after being informed about the veggies on the side and did I forget they ran out of cheese all they had was American available NEVER AGAIN

It's disgusting how bad these people are. I got handed a piece of bread and racial slur and that was my "meal I deserved". I ordered online and never met any of them. They want to keep all of their ingredients for their own benefit. I was treated less than human, hated on for being a different color, and I am going to report them to corporate and wherever else I can.

HEED MY WARNING- DO NOT GO HERE. This was the absolute worst, and most rude, disgusting customer service I've ever received. I've faced what I feel was racism, being absolutely intentional in their actions, making sure they won't even let you get what you payed for. You can not ask for extra anything, they will skimp on the ingredients no matter even if you pay for extra, and you are limited to what you can even get on your sandwich. You are not allowed to have the toppings you want, Or at least that was what I was told, has to come only "as is", the way "they are told to make it". But others, were allowed to have it their way like BK. But THIS is what I really wanted to talk about. It was the craziest and honestly most hilarious thing I've ever seen. I've actually had them take the toppings off of my sandwich at the very end before wrapping it, and throw them away after already putting it on my sandwich. 🤣🤣 It blew my mind. Leaving me with just bread and couple slices of meat before serving it to me. Who in the world literally takes off all of your ingredients and says no you're not allowed to have them 😂 it's gotta be made the way it comes, and taking everything off after already putting them on?! The way it COMES is supposed to even have toppings, but since the ones I wanted were already on it with the ones that "came" with it, I guess they threw all of it away all together and I wasn't allowed to have ANY of it. The absolute intent to take off toppings and give you attitude when you were being nothing but polite, asking please for each veggie and topping as if it felt like a burden to ask, and just wanting to eat cause you're starving, is absolutely ridiculous to me. I had been nothing but nice, calm demeanor, was never rude, never having a problem. I felt like I was walking on eggshells and just very disappointed. When you are deliberately and intentionally treating your customer the way you do, or just BASIC courtesy and couldn't even have that, was absolutely unacceptable. I don't even have an explanation of why that even happened. Maybe they were having a bad day? I just don't know how you could treat a total stranger like that but treat others differently.. I am disgusted by the way I have been treated in coming here, it's bad for business, and cause the owner is so cheap do not expect to get ANY extra or the toppings you want. You'll be lucky to even get bare minimum. This place discriminates, they are filled with drama, entitlement, smoke weed out front of their store, and was by far the worst customer "service" experience I've ever had. They should be reported to BBB and I please hope whoever reads this does not go here, please choose a different place to eat. If you wanna find out for yourself, be my guest. Much love ✌️

Slow service. 1 person working register and making sandwiches for customers. Over all clean place. Food looks fresh. I recommend to go to place to eat.

Never use the online subway app to order food if you have a problem the store will certainly not help you they will say go to www. com they can’t refund you or just simply give the food better off going straight to the store to be safe

The food was not fresh and one of the employees had an attitude when i asked about their lettuce being brown the food did not even taste fresh. Overall okay experience.

The worst customer service ever. This guy was rude and awful and mouthy. Will not be going back there ever. If i could give zero for them i would. Brandon was the worst. Making comments about wasting bread and wouldnt have had to if he would had listened instead of rushing and not asking questions and the started making other ppl sandwhiches and we werent done. Trying to rush for no reason. Oh amd gave lady behind us a free sandwhich and apologized to her. And it was his fault for mess ups. And pur food was cold before we even left. Never again.
