I'm a regular and they essentially know my order when i walk in the door. That's always nice. Quality and service are good at this location.
This is the 2nd time ive walked into this subway within the last couple months and Ive been refused service if I dont put a mask on. Sign on the door says requested, not Required. The last time the rude employee said the owner made the rule and then the owner just happened to walk in 30 seconds later and she claimed that she didnt make that rule, and the owner and employee got into a huge argument about the issue. This time was a completely different employee but still just as rude like all the employees that this subway has ever had. I mentioned about the sign on the door and that it hasnt been a city/state mandate in several months. She said it was the owners mandate and that I wouldn't be served if I didnt go get a mask. This location needs to follow local guidelines, have friendlier employees, and actually learn how to make a subway sandwich. Clearly no training on any of these topics ever happens from the Owner.
The employees choose what is on the menu based on how they feel about the customer. Unprofessional does not even begin to describe their attitude. I could go on, but I will just say this. This is the worst Subway in the United States. It should be closed down.
Came in during my lunch break, just trying to get a sandwich and some AC, and ended up enjoying the best wrap I've ever had from Subway. The staff was kind and joking with each other but also the customers. 5/5 would recommend
If I could give negative stars I would give -100. I ordered a sandwich off of the app, and received a totally different sandwich! I even paid for extra protein. Usually I am cool about this type of stuff, because I am usually able and to be made whole. However, the fact that I was unable to reach anyone over the phone gets to me. The phone number just rings! I tried to call door dash and though they were the 3rd party that delivered my sandwich, they couldn’t help. Now I am out of the amount I paid for this sandwich, and still looking for something edible. This is the worst experience I have had with any food service. The fact that BOTH the website and the app crash constantly should have been the sign for me to stop and order something else!
I was going to write a paragraph or chapter, it's not worth my time and energy but after what I just experienced I see why they don't ever have customers...
The service was horrible. I pulled up around 1:30 and it was empty. The female that worked there got out the car when I got out my car. She walked in with me and told I needed to wait until she finished washing her hands. She began making my sandwich with a scarf still tied around her head. She caught such a nasty attitude when I changed my mind about toasting my sub. I wasn’t able to finish my order. I will never waste my time at this particular Subway ever again.
I had a bad customer service attitude yesterday. one employee said "common sense is hard to get nowadays" just because I used the bathroom and left it partially open while using and for my friend used after me. half of the space with tables and chairs was blocked off. the main other half has 3 tables, one was sat by an employee, the other two were directly exposed to sunlight, so we decided to eat in our car instead. on the good note: the food was good!
the worst service ever! walked in with my brother & instantly got attitude from one of the women working (she has ginger hair). She was so impatient & RUDE to us & it was uncalled for because it was not busy whatsoever & we always walk into establishments with respect & patience because i work in food service as well & i know how it is. Not only that but there was another woman (tall, dark-skin, with short hair) who made us feel like we weren’t welcome (rushing us, being rude) when we we’re meeting the end of the line. i don’t understand why they treated us this way but i suggest you all take your chances at a different subway location!
I ordered online via app. I came in on the time that the app said when the order is ready. They were not busy and the attendant was not even aware of the order until I arrived. She informed me that the condiments I ordered were not available, out of onions and mustard. This was at 12:45. How can a sandwich shop be out of onions and especially mustard. The serving counter was not clean and the lettuce was brown. Only redeeming factor was another lady went in the back and cut some onions for me. Will never go back.
