It's always a pleasure to go in here. All is good. The staff is patient and friendly.
Story time I place an order on my subway app. Doing that I was able to get a buy one foot long get a free foot long. So I did that. It's app said it would take about 15-20 mins to make. That's no big deal. Its perfect for me to grab and go to work and drop one off for my wife. So I get up there after 20 mins just to make sure it would be done. So last time I did this it took 45 mins to get my food. I did it the same way threw the subway app. So I get to subway and there is a line out the door. I go ahead to get my lunch. The guy didnt even start on it. Keep in mind it's already paid for. So I told him I would be back in 20 mins because that's when I had to leave at the latest for work. When I get back to subway there is still a line. My food still haven't started to be made. An hour after I paid for my food nothing. This is the worst subway I have ever been to. I had to cancel my order and head to work without my lunch.
They Guy dont have time to customers. Manager Always on phone Thay Dont able to do that post.I never Ever Go Back. Like As That store. Subway is good but kind of that location/person i dont spend my single penny.
Why even bother being open for dinner hours if you don’t have more than one type of bread. Half the meats are not available, nor are the the drinks. Definitely a problem with the staffing this evening, not the usual there.
Always out of something that’s very popular and no restroom… no salad bowls only protein bowls. Take salad off menu. Last but not least only one employee on the line for tons of customers
Clean and was served fast and great service. Even asked if we liked our sub. One of the best subway's I have been to in a long while.
Wasn't properly sanitized the same knife was used instead of being wiped off or changed and when I asked I was told no so I left and was very upset because I always get 2-3 footlongs at a time
The service at this location was AMAZING! I wish I knew the name of the gentleman that helped my friend and me. He was extremely helpful and our sandwiches were made to perfection.
This location has the best sammich artists eva!!!! Food is always fresh, restruant is clean and i just love the atmosphere. The lead staff need to be compensated for their awesomeness!!!!
Our visit this evening was amazing, thanks to Brandon and his crew. The family was happy with all their subs. Not to mention the cleaniness of the place. Thanls giys best subway way in jax. . DDDDUUUUUVVVVVAAAAAALLLLL
