Manager’s (guy with tattoos this morning) friendly and great. I’ve seen him a few times now and he’s been consistent. Also saw him prioritize the store and customers’ safety one time involving an unruly non-customer. There’s also plain clothes security that works here, which says good and unfortunate things about the location/neighborhood. Parking gets tough when there’s a home game. Great service and team here.
The remodeled store looks nice but as expected the seating is more limited and less comfortable. The employees have more workspace, so that's a real plus. Moving the order screen on the drive thru up hasn't reduced the wait but I think it's designed to give them more time to prepare items.
I usually don’t write reviews but I felt like it was necessary in this case. The cashier was so incredibly rude to me and my friend, as well as the man standing behind us. We were deciding what to order and she was very impatient and not at all shy to show us how irritated she was. No smile or even trying to be polite. Never been to a Starbucks with such rude employees
Although I come here for convenience in the drive through I never get a full cup it's always about 2 inches from the top. It's not always so it must be a one or two workers. This worker also doesn't like to add whip on top when asked for . Window customer service is always the best that probably why I come back but fix the simple issues please then I can give my 5 star!!
Our drink ticket didn’t print and I asked and whoever the manager was at 3pm on 11/22 snapped back and said “if you ordered it it was printed.” Waited half hour as the only people in the store without getting it before we asked again and got the drink. Never been so annoyed at a service worker and I rarely get annoyed or even ask about my drink.
Creek cricket service for both mobile and in-store orders. Really friendly staff. It's quite noisy with the loud music. Maybe some people like that so I can't complain. I never buy food there so I cannot evaluate it These guys work hard under pressure for hours at a time. Be kind! Be grateful!
Hadn't been there yet. Ate bagels and had coffee. I didn't get the bagel from Starbucks, but went good with coffee
Starbucks website says it closes at 9pm. Arrived at 8pm and store was locked, barista said the website posted hours are wrong and store was only drive-thru at that time. No car with me, left hungry :(
This is a Starbucks, just like any other Starbucks. I don't know why people come to Starbucks. It is overpriced, it can be very slow, and the coffee isn't anything that you would want to write home about, unless of course your family had never heard of coffee. But I don't think that there's many people who visit a Starbucks whose family has never had coffee before. So I do not understand why it's always so busy. Do people not own coffee makers? I prefer to get high end beans and brew my own coffee at home. Just a miniscule amount of effort saves me, what, $10? Is that what they're up to now? The amount of money people pay for coffee blows my mind! My high end beans brewed just how I like at home costs me at most $0.75 a cup. I do not understand why Starbucks is in international brand, and there's one on so many street corners of America. But this one is just like all the rest, three stars, it's the same. And if you're wondering, no. I did not order anything, I was there because my coworkers wanted to stop. I already had coffee.
Great staff. I came to this location because the boujie head office Starbucks a block away didn't have any drink menu to select from. The staff was awesome & pulled out a laminated drink menu! Pumpkin lates!! Thanks so much :0)
