I really like this place. It's awesome. Very clean and well put together. The people are riendly and very helpful. They knew how to answer our questions. They had a wide variety of sweets and yum-yum's and I got to try the new refresher. It was very delicious. I would highly recommend this Starbucks. And it's not too hard to get to either. :)
This store is right next to my job so I frequent it regularly. It's definitely not my first option. Wait times are all over the place, I once waited over 30 minutes for my drink. I understand they get busy being so close to the stadium, but there has to be a better system to accommodate this. Employees regularly don't say hello or a single word at all really while entering or waiting for mobile orders. Their drink making is all over the place. I can get the same drink a few days in a row and each one tastes different. Frustrating, when the Starbucks at other locations offer continuous consistency. Store is very clean so I'll give them that. Overall just seem really disorganized.
This is a bright, clean, uncluttered space. Everyone was friendly, I was greeted when I came in. I really like this spot.
Well got me a grande caramel mocha hot with whip cream and banana bread I like to treat myself once a month
Had an issue with my venti frap add espresso shot and toffee nut syrup I was in line for 54 minutes (the drive thru is set up where once you’re in you’re stuck) I finally got my coffee and it was Not a frap/ frozen drink but an iced coffee/ melted beverage. The store wouldn’t fix it bc he tried to blame me for taking too long to pick up my order. Called customer service and they were amazing they refunded my drink and gave my stars back and gave me free money for more Starbucks in the future overall I am satisfied as I visit Starbucks sporadically throughout the year. My only recommendation for Starbucks business model is to take a page out of chick fil a drive through operations. They offer similar online/ mobile ordering and with chick fil a it’s max 20-25 minutes in line. Thank you 1-800-starbuc for taking my issue seriously and reimbursing me.
I don't usually like Starbucks, I go there out of convenience and occasionally there is a seasonal drink I cant resist (but should), that the sugar/syrup drowns out the taste of burnt espresso. With all that said, I am surprised how much I love this Starbucks, the drinks are always well made, and the staff are super friendly. Ya'll deserve a union! :) <333. The Starbucks is large and spacious and the staff was very attentive and fast. We all know that Starbucks does what it does great. The drive Thru line might take longer than just going inside but then you have to get out of your car, which understandably isn't happening some days.
Typical Starbucks, good service, two blocks from world headquarters so well trained and looked after store. Near stadiums. busy weekday mornings with South commuters coming into town.
Bright and clean. There’s not a ton of tables, but there is a long high top for work space. The baristas are the highlight, all super friendly!
This is a fantastic location! Employees are really nice and friendly here. They always make my drink correctly! Really nice seating area too with a lot of tables. Has a drive-thru though I haven't used that yet. Will def be back!
