Seems like I hop from one Starbuck's to the other. And I do. Can't drive anywhere without one. On I-90 I went thru the drive-thru at the last Starbuck's before the bridge. Continued on I-90 into Seattle and tasted something horrible that I didn't order. I couldn't turn around of course so I stopped into the first one (1st Ave) I saw and guess what; the barista threw out the horrible one and made one that I did order but didn't get on Mercer Island. For free. Can't tell you how much I appreciated this. Fabulous customer service and now I'm happy again. 😉☕
Walked in with a friend to order 2 iced teas. We were the only ones in line. Saw 5 people working behind the counter, and going in and out the back. After the delay in getting our orders we waited forever for our teas. All of a sudden EVERYONE disappeared and there was only one person working drive-thru, who hesitantly began our orders. I could sense her frustration. I felt as if EVERYONE took a break together, leaving one person in front. I got the feeling that the group was competing to leave the counter, not really interested in completing our orders. My friend is a former Starbucks employee and she was surprised at the lack of coordination, abandoning us to wait unnecessarily for a simple iced tea order. Shouldn't take 15 minutes for iced tea. This was my first time at this location. Would like to see the team get it together. May opt to steer clear of this location in the future.

Great Starbucks in Seattles industrial area
With the exception of one time, I've only ever gone through the drive-thru at this location. There isn't anything that sets it apart, for better or for worse; the coffee is consistent across Starbucks' brand, the staff are capable and nice, and special orders are usually accommodated perfectly.
Great location, the best place for a cup of coffee near the stadiums.
Friendly baristas!! They take the time to make your drink just how you want it too. Great customer service, usually pretty quick too when going through the drive-thru!
I just got Starsplained and gaslit by the woman at the drive through. I get the same drink every day with an extra inclusion that is clearly visible. The woman pointed to the drink and said “see, it’s there!” (which it wasn’t.) In my silent disbelief she said “bye bye now, drive safe.” Still in shock.
I have been coming to this location of Starbucks for the past week. I usually order sausage and egg sandwich and my drink. Every time I asked pepper the girl barista always tell me they are out of pepper but in few mins later I asked a guy barista he would go inside to grab some for me. Not sure if they were told not to give any customers pepper or there is a manager approval they have to go through. This is just not very good customer service and they got caught by their own lies. It happened to me multiple time in this store. Someone got to explain this to me
