I still love being able to sit and relax with a cuppa in a creative environment where the customer still is able to use the bathroom.

With recent change of frappe, pricing. Starbucks I will not be returning even for your $3 promotions. Con: Trying be sugar free watch out for Starbucks fully loaded sugar drinks, why hidden sugars "Starbucks is claiming as healthy drink" isn't. For 12 years I've ordered breve venti green tea matcha - 7 scoops and no classic and sugar free vanilla. Is now $10.80 (for a drink) .... sorry that's outrageous- considering with no alcohol. Who pays $11 for a drink at drive thru? I now will enjoy saving my money have find my own replacement maybe Dutch brothers because, They now charging 1.00 for extra scoop and .80 for substituting sugar free vanilla, other shops will write in the notes and it won't charge, but now they charging to as for sugar free after removing classic. Well I guess I'm saving $5000 a year not going to Starbucks because my husband won't get his drink neither my 3 adult children.
Regular good service you would expect from Starbucks except for one rude employee named Shelly. Shelly's attitude was very off putting and unexpected. Perhaps Shelly was having a bad day but still very unnecessary.
This location is ideal for stopping in for a great cup of coffee. It can get busy during game day due to how close they are to the stadium. Concert days can be busy too.
My child needed to use the restroom. They wouldn't let him, because we had to buy something from them first. By the time I could have done that, my child had already wet his pants. Zero stars for this kind of treatment of people!!!!
Closed at 7pm even though says they are open until 8pm. False advertising. Tried walking through the drive through and the worker said they can not serve me because Im not in a vehicle. What a waste of time. I come here everyday. Thats the last time I ever tip at Starbucks
The only issue I’ve encountered was that a drive thru worker named Jackie had a bad attitude. While I understand that not all employees may want to engage in small talk, I found it disrespectful when I asked her for something and I received no response, she looked at me and just left the window. I’m unsure if she should be working here due to her poor communication skills and her unacceptable attitude. As a regular customer who enjoys the well made drinks at this location, this experience was disappointing.

Today was super slow. Took about 20 minutes in the drive thru. We frequent this Starbucks when we are in Seattle and it isn't usually this slow. Drive thru worker was nice and apologized for the delay. Food and drinks were as expected at Starbucks.
