Is it just the morning crew here, or is everyone super rude? I’ve been four times in the last 2 weeks and if they aren’t being rude to me it’s the person in front of me. Arguing about orders, eye rolling and refusing the bathroom key. One instance, ok. Four? That’s a trend.
This has to be one of the worst Starbucks on the planet. I get treated better by Starbucks in other states....and this one is down the street from Corp. They don't listen to instructions carefully at all...then get an attitude when they made the drink wrong...I DONT WANT ICE IN MY ESPRESSO!!! I'm not a Barista and I know Ice shocks the espresso and the espresso taste completely different...then when you tell them the drink was made wrong they come up with some lousy excuse not to remake you another drink or tell you that you have to wait ten mins...like I was here FIRST and you made my drink wrong....like I said, the worst customer service from any Starbucks
This review is not going to be anything new. I mean, you go to Starbucks the experience is almost always going to be the same: good service, great coffee and drinks, yummy food and snacks, excellent retail items, fast service, clean environment. There are obviously exceptions, but no one's perfect. Of course even the best of the nicest ppl have their down moments, and Starbucks is like the most recognized coffee company period so they're always busy so the seating areas or bathrooms might not always get cleaned up right away, or they might forget too add that extra shot to your drink. But in general, I love Starbucks. On this particular day I just went in for an ice tea with my boss. It wasn't busy so service was quick, my drink was pretty good (considering I'm a coffee drinker and this time I got tea), the gal who helped us was very polite and the seating area was very clean. We were thankful that Seattle's new stupid sugary-beverage sales tax didn't apply.
Kinda weird that Starbucks employees are occupying 2 of 5 tables in their own shop. The space is loud & echoes. A mediocre bagel is $3. Will not be back.
Walked in with a friend to order 2 iced teas. We were the only ones in line. Saw 5 people working behind the counter, and going in and out the back. After the delay in getting our orders we waited forever for our teas. All of a sudden EVERYONE disappeared and there was only one person working drive-thru, who hesitantly began our orders. I could sense her frustration. I felt as if EVERYONE took a break together, leaving one person in front. I got the feeling that the group was competing to leave the counter, not really interested in completing our orders. My friend is a former Starbucks employee and she was surprised at the lack of coordination, abandoning us to wait unnecessarily for a simple iced tea order. Shouldn't take 15 minutes for iced tea. This was my first time at this location. Would like to see the team get it together. May opt to steer clear of this location in the future.

I just got Starsplained and gaslit by the woman at the drive through. I get the same drink every day with an extra inclusion that is clearly visible. The woman pointed to the drink and said “see, it’s there!” (which it wasn’t.) In my silent disbelief she said “bye bye now, drive safe.” Still in shock.
Friendly baristas!! They take the time to make your drink just how you want it too. Great customer service, usually pretty quick too when going through the drive-thru!
Great location, the best place for a cup of coffee near the stadiums.
