There was a sign out that said "We are open!" I knew they had limited hours, but should've been open until 2. Many people waited in the drive through for 20+ minutes before anyone was able to figure out there was no one there at all. It was truly bizarre. We were there just yesterday. What the heck happened?
I placed an order through the app in order to pick up like I do every where else. Instead of being able to go into the lobby to pick up my drink like every other Starbucks, I was forced to wait in a drive thru line that was one of the slowest I have been in (and that is saying something). Turn off advanced ordering if you are going to require people to wait in the same line anyway. At least we will be prepared to wait and can schedule appropriately. Instead I am going to have to leave my order because I don’t have an extra 15+ min (I waited for over 5 minutes without moving once) in line.
I just stopped in before work on Saturday to get some treats for my coworker and me. The person who took my order at the counter, Dan I believe the name tag said, was extremely friendly and asked about my day. Got my food and drinks fairly quickly and they tasted delicious!!
I love love love me some Starbucks. This one is very nice and very clean, the staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to coffee. The location is a little out-of-the-way the way for me me, but because I like this store I'm willing to travel the greater distance for nicer people and better service (and better coffee!) The only drawback , if there was one is that their drive-thru is very very narrow, watch that last turn to the left! Other than that, no complaints ever.
Staff was really friendly and checked in on me while I was waiting. I have a good experience while going here. Good space inside to study or something.
The staff here was going to get a shout-out from me for doing great work. However, Dustin, the supervisor ruined my experience this morning! He falsely accused me of being homeless and rushed me out of the bathroom. According to him, I wasn't a paying customer and I was in the bathroom for over 15 minutes. That their Starbucks timer read I was in the bathroom for too long. My only delay in the bathroom was my inability to lock the door from the inside out. The knob kept reading unlocked and people kept trying to enter. I told them I just got in and I couldn't lock the door. Dustin is wrong for assuming I'm homeless, a non-paying customer, and that I abused my bathroom privilege. Then you changed your story and couldn't even take accountability. That whole experience was embarrassing!!
Quick Service friendly people. I noticed people who seem to go there a lot are recognized by name and have friendly relationships with Baristas. Seems like happy Staffing with good relationship. Even when busy they get coffee out in reasonable times. They have good seating everywhere will definitely work in there sometime.

The employees were so friendly. The helped us with a problem we had with another Starbucks location with out any hesitation. Also after a mistake with our order they fixed it very quickly. Would come again definitely.
Staff is very friendly. Hours are great, in that it’s open until midnight. Reduced rating because although they have a parking lot, it’s pretty much always full. I was also blocked in by the 18-wheeler delivering food at 9 pm.... really frustrating I had to spend an additional 20 minutes just to leave (at this point, at least)... that’s really where my decrease in rating is coming from. They need to better organize when food is delivered.
