There was a sign out that said "We are open!" I knew they had limited hours, but should've been open until 2. Many people waited in the drive through for 20+ minutes before anyone was able to figure out there was no one there at all. It was truly bizarre. We were there just yesterday. What the heck happened?
It has a good ambiance, if a bit crowded. The seating could be more comfortable. The service is fine and the drinks are the definition of average. Their black coffee is sub-par with no selection. If you like coffee flavored dessert drinks, there's a few to choose from. It's not artisan coffee, but it'll get the job done.
Stopped by the lobby at 4:14 pm excited to order a hot pumpkin latte, but by 4:34 it still wasn't ready. The young lady who took the order was kind, the young lady making the drinks was working very hard, yet at 20 minutes my coffee wasn't ready and I had a 5pm meeting. This is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened and the 2nd time I've had to cancel the order. The chocolate chip cookie was stale which wouldn't have been a problem had I had hot coffee to dunk it in! SUCCESS CAN'T BE AN EXCUSE FOR FAILURE! Clearly this process needs to be streamlined or another person added to the mix. A $6 cup of coffee shouldn't take 20 minutes plus!
This Starbucks had phenomenal customer service and provided orders in a very timely manner. Miguel, specifically, provided memorable customer service with his genuine and kind demeanor. This location is nearly half an hour from me, but it was absolutely worth the drive.
These baristas are angels. I work all sorts of crazy early/late hours, and they've always been so kind and sweet! They've given me compliments, radiate positive energy, and haven't messed up my order once.
This location has to be the SLOWEST drive-thru I’ve ever experienced. They usually have a large team working and the inside is not very full. But 15 minutes is a common amount of time to wait here. There’s easily 5 other Starbucks in the city I visit with a more consistent flow of traffic and are WAY faster than this location. I can’t figure out why it’s so subpar, but it’s infuriating.
The staff is friendly and fast. The building is cool and has tone of cool features, like charging stations for your laptops and phones. Very cool and trendy place. Sadly, they butcher your drink orders. The last three times we went they messed up the order. When I wrote to complain I was sent a gift certificate. But then they messed it up again. If you're cool with random drinks then this will work out for you. Parking lot is small but the turnover is pretty quick and you can get in and out.
Employees were super nice! Not sure if I received the extra shot I paid for because my cup was unmarked and she didn't call it out. They didn't shake any teas and didn't even have a tea shaker on bar (super lazy shortcut). Our drinks did come out pretty fast and we didn't have any problems with them other than the extra shot! If I wasn't a partner I probably would have left satisfied enough. Eyes are everywhere, management.
I normally go to independent, local stores however, I was meeting a client who picked this location. I never, ever get flavored, whipped up deliciousness but my client convinced me to "try something new" so I did. It was not very good. Halfway through our meeting, she picked it up and said I'll be right back. I ask for a simple vanilla somerhing instead. She came back, said they made a new drink at no charge and asked me to try it. It was fine! Perfect actually. The crew here really goes out of their way to give good care, so thanks! Much appreciated.
Amazing Coffee Especially the Very dark I go at least once a week to get 2 lg. Coffee's side of cream, 20 sugars ,customer service is Amazing. They put all my things in a tray even if I don't ask. They know me by my order.i prefer the 291 Hwy location it's the closest to my home. I also are so Glad Starbucks are in the grocery store, when I shop it's the first place I stop.
