If you order a drink that is less than typical, you may get push back even though you are paying for the alternative recipe that you order. I have experienced this sort of activity at this particular store every time I have gone over the last 1 year. Note: I order mocha fraps without ice with a substitution of vanilla sweet rather than whole milk, and 10 pumps frap roast…hence, not sure why it is such a big deal at this particular location rather than any other location I’ve gone to - and again, I pay for the alternative recipe without question. I tried to give the benefit of try and try again by continuing business at this location over the last year to see if this would improve…however, no such happenings. The customer service here is simply not good. The most recent dates of which I experienced this was 5/10/25 and 5/11/25.
Been here a few times. Two main issues that made me leave 2 stars. The first is that my 16 oz cup is sometimes only 2/3 filled to the top. I've gotten a 16 oz here like 8 times now, and half the times they weren't filled even close to the top. Second issue is that in the drive through, they ask for tips on the credit card machine. The 'No tip' button is small and tucked away, clearly trying to guilt you. The workers are very nice otherwise, though.
Snarky, condescending attitudes from young girls working on 10-29 at 5:30. Worst I’ve ever seen at a Starbucks. Newsflash- you work at Starbucks. Do yourself a favor and go a little further down the road to the Barnes and Noble Cafe.
My drinks are always pretty good but man I feel like it always takes forever in the drive thru! I always leave early for work to come get my coffee and I am always stuck in line even when there are only a couple cars usually 10 mins or more. Not sure what’s going on but hope it gets a little more speedy.
I asked for extra caramel and they gave me NO caramel in general. In addition, my chocolate croissant was not warmed up and it was hard. The caramel frappe tasted good though, but it was missing the caramel I asked for.
I just ordered an iced lavender latte through mobile order and they gave it to me hot. I didn’t want to be a Karen so I just asked for a cup of ice and they told me I had to wait in line and order it at the register. Unbelievable! I am in the service industry so I am normally very patient and understanding but this was unacceptable.

On one occasion, I specifically requested cold foam for my drink, yet received whipped cream instead. When I pointed this out, the drive-through employee responded with irritation. On another instance, my drink was incorrectly made, and when I asked for a remake, the employee insisted that it was too sweet. This was inaccurate; I consistently order my drinks with heavy syrup, which was not the issue. After clarifying this, the employee repeated his assertion, which was frustrating and unnecessary.
Sunny & Michelle we SUPER NICE and informative- I am somewhat of a Newbie to Starbucks. We came in at close to closing and still received Great Service & Great Coffee
Typical Starbucks feel. But the service was awesome. We got a taste for coffee late tonight, and this SB was still open. They were cleaning up everything but happily made our order. It was hot tasted fresh and was perfect. I was worried about the store closing in 15 minutes, but it was just awesome, and I noticed the same service with 2 more customers after us.
