I always feel welcomed at this store. Everyone is very kind and personable. It’s pouring down rain but the customer service is like a day of sunshine! Okay.. didn’t realize how corny that sounded until I typed it. Anyways, great job team! My go to store for sure.
Friendly and professional service. Quick, with hardly any wait time. My drink tastes great. Easy on and off of the main road. Great spot to grab a coffee on the way to work. Never had any issues here.
I put in a special online order and needed to substitute a drink. I called the store and August helped me out. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. I felt so taken care of. You’ve been blessed if August is taking care of you at Starbucks!
Super kind baristas even at the height of rush hour. There was a fairly long line because it’s on a major road on a lot of people’s commutes, but they were still super efficient, and I was out five minutes. Overall, really spectacular service and got the order perfect.
Needed a pick me up. Starbucks is always good. I had quick, courteous service. Spendy! But all coffee shops are nowadays.
The staff would benefit from some hospitality training. I’ve been here twice and the vibe is always standoffish and not very warm. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for friendly service.
For the select few people who decide to go to Starbucks based on reviews I’m not sure what you’ll get out of this. I went it because I wanted to try the Pink Drink which was amazing. The staff person who took my order was very friendly and genuine spelled my name on the cup with a k not a c which never happens so should you ever read this thank you. Has parking, isn’t in the center of downtown, isn’t usually very busy. Everything I want in a Starbucks.
This is a very cozy place clean and very friendly stuff. This is a very typical Seattle Starbucks with lots of friendly people working, with ambience with variety of the coffee food. The most important thing is the place is very good. This is much better to come with many others Starbucks I visited before. Good job highly recommended to have a nice coffee or snack.
I just had hot latte in the afternoon. They do not serve in cups. Just kept the order at the counter which we were unable to hear when called out.
I stopped by for the first time and felt like I was genuinely cared for, and that the staff and service went above and beyond what I expected. Brenna individually stood up to me as a kind and supportive member of the team who took time to understand what I wanted for my order and made sure my experience went above my expectations. I really appreciate the personal care and attention that was shown ☺️
