Went through the drive thru. They gave me a cold drink when I asked for it hot. They apologized & quickly made me a new one. Staff very nice. The key between the customer & the person taking the order is clear communication on both sides & that can be difficult to do but they came through.
I used their drive thru around 640AM several mornings in a row. There wasn't a long line any of the days and my order was always ready when I reached the window. You can pay with you mobile app at the window. Everything was consistent with what if expect from a Starbucks!

I felt like I am about to cry because the embarrassment for becoming speechless and yet we still need time to read the #menu On the other hand, I turned to my #Mexican #friends ask their #help but their English not that #good like mine and they are not familiar with the drinks here too. After ward, the #barista was so nice and she gave us a time to think; also she helped us to choose too. Finally, the #decision was #sweet and #cold drink. To be honest I still don't know what I ordered but I remember I enjoyed it by drink it with 2 straws. It cover the whole #mouth to feel the #flavor of the #sweetness stronger and sharper in a good way. I was getting my vehicle checked out down the road I told my server and she said,"that's great you'll be with us for a while." A very welcoming feeling and now it's my go to when I bring my Range Rover into the specialist just down the road within walking distance.
I frequently visit this branch and it has a good drive-thru set-up. It is hard to admit but, I believe it is time to provide feedback regarding recent interaction with the worker. When using credit card, the billing machine prompts to select additional tip which is a new feature and it should've been introduced years ago. I tapped my credit card to the prompter not knowing the new feature and the moment my credit card touched the surface of the prompter, the worker "yelled" and "pulled" away the prompter by saying "Wait for other information!" - I mean come on, there are much better ways to nudge a customer but I rather not be yelled at to select gratuity. For the record, to avoid any delay for the drive-thru, I immediately selected $2 tip for $5.24 Grande Americano and drove away. I believe this branch can use some additional coaching on "not yelling at the customer" and hire additional workers to relief the ongoing stress. I hope this feedback means value to the branch to get better with customers.

Would give it a zero if I could. I had some bad experiences with this location previously,but I tried again to give an opportunity and see if it would be better,wrong! It was the most disgusting coffee I’ve ever ordered at Starbucks. The Frappuccino I ordered had something in the bottom sort of slimy thing I couldn’t recognize what hell was that. Once I was drinking that, I almost threw up and spend my entire day sick and couldn’t eat anything. It destroyed my stomach that day. It’s sad Starbucks losing the quality. I definitely will support local small businesses instead going there. Gross!!
Great location (right between Queen Anne & Belltown) -- perfect for when you need a drive thru. Usually pretty fast, too! The baristas are so nice and do a great job with both standard and specialty drink requests.
My dog and I love this place. It’s our go-to. My dog gets a puppaccino (pup cups for the win), my car gets drooled on and in (by my dog, not me or the staff), and I get caffeinated. Win/win for everyone. Also, 5 stars goes out to the week-day regulars in the drive through who know how to join the double lane and order quickly, keep a short distance to keep people off the road. A real team effort.
I love this starbucks due to its drive through option. Staying in the city, this is the only drive thru that I know of close to downtown and their hours are very convenient. They open till much later than other Starbucks in the area. Their service is also very good and I've never received a wrong order and their supply chain is well handled because I rarely get to hear that they are out of something. Would highly recommend!
