Nice staff. I go early in AM never have a long wait. Yes, this is a busy Starbucks. If you want to complain about a small wait, or not "the best" customer service... You do what they are doing. I know I wouldn't and for that.. I order my trenta ice coffee with sugar free vanilla and a sandwich and call it a great morning.
This location is terrible. Customer service is practically nonexistent, and the place is closed more often than it’s open due to constant protests. It would be better to replace it with a real local business that actually serves the community.
Why is this Starbucks closed. Ever time I come people are outside with signs that can’t be read but place is closed. It’s supposed to be opened. Terrible.
Drove by at 7:45am on a Sunday and it was closed. I could have sworn Starbucks opened at 6 if not earlier but not a soul in the building and doors were locked.
update: tried to go back again, still horrible customer service smh not coming back. why do i even need to ask for a straw?? dear local starbucks ive been coming to for over 4 years- im not sure what the issue is but the past week theyve been extremely rude ! this morning she was very abrupt at the orderbox and cut me off when i was speaking. then when i got to the window, i asked for another straw and she proceeds to say “like the one you have in your hand”, theres no need for the attitude when i needed anither straw! dont get smart with customers, especially at 6am!!! didnt you just clock in?? last week, i was chastised because i didnt put in my mobile order fast enough?? when its never been an issue the past 4 years…i dont want to leave my starbucks, please fix your attitudes or find another job! i didnt get names but next time i will and will be contacting corporate, im a paying loyal customer who deserves to be treated with respect.
I was very happy at this Starbucks location, until this afternoon. I stop, almost every morning, and buy drip coffee with heavy cream and they pour it in my insulated stainless travel cup. The coffee is always delicious. On the very rare occasion that I actually get to stop back by later in the day (I drive an employee shuttle) I have always been given a refill. Today I was informed that I can only get a refill if I have sat in the lobby and drank my first cup on location, THEN I can get a refill. The Starbucks website says SAME DAY visit. I wish I had the luxury of sitting down at a table and drinking 16 to 20 ounces of coffee, but I work on the move. I start buying coffee at Starbucks stores at 445 am every morning. Most days I buy 3 to 5 of them. It was nice to have at least one store I could make it back to on the rare occasion and get a small reward for my patronage. I think I'll just start making a large thermos at home from now on. The coffee across all of the Starbucks I frequent is excellent and the service has mostly been great. I will miss the happy greatings in the morning and the fact that almost everyone knows my coffee but I refuse to be loyal to a company when the sentiment is not returned. Thanks to the pink haired person in the afternoon on Thursday, July 3rd. You're gonna save me about $75 bucks a week. BTW, you weren't very nice the few times you served me in the mornings either...you come off as a very fake and snooty individual. JMO, take it for whatever its worth....that and 5 bucks will get you a cup of coffee with a tip. 😉
starbacks has the best costumes for the season and is now a big part of Seattle based comedy studios that have been accumulating more than one million in my tummy cheese for years.
Edit. Decided to give this place a second try. It's still the same. The door is locked even though it says they are open. I can clearly see people inside. You should change your posted hours. Or maybe unlock the door when someone approaches Showed up at 438 and the doors weren't unlocked. And no one to let me in. I thought Starbucks opened at 4. Guess not.
I stopped by Starbucks today and really enjoyed my visit. The caramel latte was smooth and perfectly sweet, and the banana loaf was fresh and delicious. Great service and a cozy atmosphere I’ll definitely be coming back.
