Very friendly staff that let you use the restroom if you need to, unlike a lot of other places. These people were very courteous and respectful. My lemon loaf was moist and my caramel frap was delicious, as always.
They are unable to make a shaken espresso the ladies working here are so rude. Worst Starbucks experience EVER! and I've been gold card member for 15 years, I've been drinking the same beverage for years. Instead of shaking 10 times as the recipe card says, they just turn the shaken espresso upside down one time. They are lazy and they let their frustration out on the customer. Horrible experience. The curly hair young girl talked to me in a tone that was so humiliating in front of everyone. Just because I thought that Starbucks will always make the beverage right if you don't love it. She actually told me not to come back if I didn't like the beverage. She believes that the shaken espresso doesn't have a foam after 6 minutes. She is right only when you didn't shake it 10 times. That's why no foam, regularly shaken well enough the foam will stay. Anyways I can't recommend coming here.
This is the first time I have had a pleasant experience, AND it’s my birthday. The person working the window this morning was so nice, it really made my day. Every other time I’ve been here, the person working window acts as if they would rather be skinned alive than help me. Thank you so much for redeeming this location’s reputation!

This is one of my favorite Starbucks for the people who work there. I don't have a particular first name basis with any of them but they are all just genuinely kind and friendly and make for a great experience whether a quick run through the drive thru or ordered inside. Cheers!

Baristas here seem rude to me, I rarely drink at Starbucks and Im always confused about their sizes. When I asked a Large Cherry Chai, they gave me a small with lots of ice and two sips of syrup/liquid. Never going to go here again. I live close to this location and this is not the first time I had this experience, I wish the employees do not bring their emotions onto the customers at work.
This staff is incredible! Always friendly, polite and very professional. I just wish that Starbucks would change their menu and bring in some decent tasting food. What happened to the chorizo breakfast sandwich and the chicken sandwich with gravy? I really miss these two items
This Starbucks is good! But it’s always closed when I go lately…anyone know what’s up?
This store is really hit or miss for me. Usually in the morning is when I have issues. For example, this morning I went to go pick up a sizable mobile order and wanted to go inside so everyone could grab their items, but their cafe was closed with no indication that it was. I get staffing problems but maybe put a sign? The drive thru was open but it was frustrating because then we were handed everything all at once in a tray, food and all. When didn’t become not standard to not put two or more food items in a handle bag? And the food items we got were stuffed into a carrier with our drinks, getting weird and wet from the beverages. Not to mention they were out of key holiday items which probably isn’t their fault but nonetheless. I try to give grace because I am a Starbucks partner but with Brian’s new efforts to bring back cafe atmosphere, I felt very shoved away. No connecting or anything at the window other than here are your things.
