This business is so unprofessional. No wonder all the reviews are bad. I purchased a Groupon for an Oil change for this business and when I initially called to set up an appointment for the oil change, I was told they don’t do appointments and to call back the day I wanted to get the service done. I call back on the day I want to get the service done, leave a voicemail, and no one calls me back. So I requested a refund through Groupon and the owner of this business refused and said he is available during business hours to help. How can you be of service to your customers if you are making it difficult to schedule an appointment for a service someone has paid for in advance? I’m sorry but coming the day of does not work for me as I am a busy adult with a full schedule. I requested another refund and he said to go through Groupon. Stay away from this business they obviously do not care about retaining customers

Carlos is the BEST! He was able to work with my schedule and make adjustments to his own to accommodate my needs! Make sure you are aware you have to make an appointment! Great prices and often specials offered on Groupon! The work I needed done was completed quickly and efficiently and he even offers a loyalty card to his customers for services! Would recommend to everyone! Thank you Carlos!

Took off work a few hours early to make it there by my scheduled appointment time only for him to tell me that he is leaving and has "better things to do"! When I reminded him that I had an appointment he began to gaslight me in every way possible; said I should have been there early in the morning, then him having "better things to do" became a doctor's appointment "he had", but never mentioned, KNOWING that I had just scheduled the appointment and driven straight there! Finally, he said "well I can't change your oil no way because you have diesel engine"! -- My truck uses Gasoline and always has!! Lmao and Smh at that one! 😂🤣 Him closing 3 hours early, being majorly RUDE to me, and outright lying to a customers face MULTIPLE times is so unprofessional! You can see who he is in his responses to other customers' reviews, especially him saying "Good Riddance" to somebody saying they won't go back to him.... -- Well, can you blame them? You have a horrible attitude and aren't a good business man, period.

Excellent service, my family has been having issues finding a trustworthy mechanic in the area since we moved here from VA. This guy knows his stuff, has no problem explaining something if you don't understand, and gives great pricing. He is honestly probably one of the best mechanics we have ever met, my family, and my parents and neighbors all use him. Side note, hes got a sense of humor too, just an all around excellent man that gives amazing service, could not rate high enough.

Carlos is a very fair and honest mechanic. He will is very knowledgeable and will not sell or fix something you do not need. I have had several cars fixed with him and a variety of repairs. His prices are very reasonable. Always pleased with my experience.

We bring all 3 of our family cars here. He has been honest, works in a professional and timely manner and I don't walk away feeling ripped off. We consider Carlos a friend and are very happy seeing him with continued success!

Carlos has wonderful customer service and always does a wonderful and quick job for a great price. When I moved here I wasn’t sure who I could trust to work on my car but I fully trust Carlos! I highly recommend him for any work you need to get done on your vehicle!

I am in a financial bind and stuck to a schedule and needed some help with my car. All I needed was an oil change which takes a pro less than an hour. Not only could he not schedule anything remotely soon, he would not schedule anything during the afternoon and was very rude over the phone. It says a lot when a person is struggling and working 12 hours a day refuses to use a Groupon they bought.

Trash company.!. Tried to use Groupon and he told me that the Groupon wouldn’t work for my car… I’m a mechanic. I know what goes in my car. I asked why doesn’t it work, and he said “because I said so”.. idk who this dude think he is, but he wouldn’t have said that in person. Will never bring business here again. 0 stars!!!!

I'm so happy with the service I received from Mr. Rojas. He squeezed me in and fixed my car in a timely manner. It was making noises when I turned corners and turned out it needed a wheel bearing fixed and a part. He ordered the part this morning and had everything fixed by mid afternoon. It would have cost several hundred more to have it fixed at the dealership. Now my car runs perfectly and is so quiet on the road!
