I came here to get my oil changed. Dude told me he couldn’t get my oil filter because the last place tighten to much . He still charged me 63 knowing I’d have to get another oil change. I won’t be back ! He only gets 1 start because I can’t go lower

Went for an inspection and he couldn't tell me why I failed just that it was bad steering no answer I am a mechanic and he saw my clothes so he said your the mechanic you fix it! Very very rude! Dosent know how to handle customers Dosent deserve to be in such a good location don't let this crook take your money goto the shops right next door there great and don't disrespect you.

Called to make an appointment for a groupon oil change and was notified that they would not honor their own oil change groupon unless I gave them "An additional $20.... IN CASH ....."

This guy carlos is a big crook .Don't go there ,I should read the reviews before I went there, he is so rode and charge $80 for a diagnostic test. He charged me $700 and fix half the issue and cleared all codes, then when I went back for the same problem, he wanted to charge another $80 for something he should tested already. And He changed a part that should not be changed and not sure if he really changed it :/

Negative stars, terrible business- Booked an oil change and tire rotation. Owner Carlos worked on my car and forgot to bolt in my tire. I drove 50 ft and my car collapsed to the ground. My car dropped to a stop, the impact ruined my suspension, fender, car wheel ect. I called the owner Carlos Rojas who had just worked on my vehicle. I told him he did not bolt in my tire and he came out to the scene. A police man was close by and a local civilian reattached my tire. I called my insurance provider. Carlos doesn't have business insurance. He wrote a statement of fault and that he would cover the damages. He has not paid anything to date 11/29/18 ( 8 months later) I agree, he is a crook.

The owner is not friendly and is rude. He hangs up on you. He needs to do better, his business is going to fail if he doesn’t do better. No rude comments Owner, I don’t want to hear them. Learn to respect the customer and honor the Groupon the way it should be. I see failure in your future. Be kind it’s free and you maybe able to regain some business and respect from possible new customers. We keep you in business or we can break your business down. Think before you open your mouth.

Scammer. Came to place , guy Was so rude I asked him a question what oil need to be in the car he simply don’t want to answer and said here is your $20 back , on top of coupon he asked for $20 , after one more question he said I’m not doing oil change for you never seen such a rude and ridiculous people. People stay away

I bought a $50 Groupon for a full synthetic oil change which was around $80 at regular price. I called and made a 9am appointment for 3/28/25. It was a very simple and quick call. The employee or owner who was on shift during the appointment was 20 minutes late and refused to service the car until a storage fee of $20 was paid IN CASH ONLY. This $20 fee was NOT disclosed over the phone and he refused to render the services paid for per the Groupon unless he was given this $20 fee IN CASH ONLY. I checked the website and there is nothing on there about any kind of storage fee. And even if there was, we were only there for an oil change. No car storage needed. This business is scamming people. They're selling their services for a discounted price on Groupon but then demanding cash from customers to make up the difference. REPLY to Business Owner: Whether we had a Groupon or not is irrelevant. You're the business owner. It is YOUR responsibility to include those things in your pricing. If you failed to properly calculate the discount your Groupons offer to have all expenses paid and profit earned, that is entirely on YOU. You don't offer a discounted price and then charge CASH ONLY for extra business costs that YOU failed to calculate. You were late to the 9am appointment, lying about it is ridiculous. You're extremely unprofessional and take zero responsibility for your shortcomings.

I recently used a Groupon voucher for an oil change, but the experience was extremely disappointing. When I arrived at the merchant location (after driving 15 miles from my home), I was told I had to pay an additional $20 IN CASH ONLY or leave without service. I ended up paying nearly double the cost of the advertised service, which defeats the purpose of the voucher. I clearly mentioned that I have Groupon voucher over the call for the appointment. This experience felt misleading and unfair, and I believe it reflects poorly on Merchant. Don't trust this merchant, it's likely a Spam.

Fast, reasonable price, and very customer service oriented. I called ahead to find out if they could get an oil change and state inspection done. They were quick to pick-up the phone and the price was reasonable. So I headed there. He took time to greet me as he finished up with another customer's car. Then, immediately took care of my car. From the time I called to when I got back home was less than an hour! Carlos was personable and professional. Good experience today. Thanks!
