SoulFULL Eats

When I put the first bite in my mouth I almost started crying (tears of joy). It may be the pregnancy hormones but finally finding a meal prep option that is full of flavor, healthy, and home-cooked was unbelievable. I have tried several other frozen meals and meal delivery services and usually they don’t taste good/reheat well, are bland and don’t have enough seasoning, or the portions are too small. This truly was a home-cooked meal! Soulfull Eats blew me away with the creative recipes, ALL THE FLAVOR, and having sustainable packaging was a nice touch so I don’t feel guilty throwing away a plastic container every day. This is NOT comparable to other meal prep services, this is like hiring a private chef to cook you fresh meals each week, but at a fraction of the cost. There has not been a single meal that I didn’t like! If you are a picky eater or don’t like using a lot of seasoning in your food it may or may not be the right fit. You don’t select the meals, it’s a preset menu each week. I personally love not having to think about what to eat and having a creative menu crafted for me has been great. So much variety, so much good food, I just can’t give a big enough thank you for saving me from too much takeout and fast-food during this busy season of my life with being 7 months pregnant and having a 10 month old at home!

I am so glad that our family found SoulFULL Eats! We have been getting weekly meals delivered for the past few months and they are such great quality and taste so good. I have a teenager that is picky and she has even loved everything. Having these meals has taken so much pressure off of me as the wife/Mom and made our nights after work/school so much more enjoyable. I've even lost 5 lbs which I attribute to the meals being such high quality, great portion size and gluten/dairy/soy free. Plus we aren't resorting to fast food or processed junk for convenience like in the past b/c we are tired and starving. Thank you so much SoulFULL....we LOVE YOU!!!

They do not just care for our stomachs they care for our environment too. Their packaging is made from molded fiber which is biodegradable saving our environment from plastic and organic waste, cannot wait to make an order when i am in florida. imo purchasing from businesses that care for our environment is part of saving the planet.

I have been eating and enjoying SoulFULL Eats pretty much since there beginning. I work full time & workout full time. I like to enjoy the time I have off - not cooking but still eating clean. I have saved a ton of money by not going to the grocery store or eating out. It’s important to my husband and I to eat healthy. This is it- great food at a great price. Thanks SoulFULL Eats- Fuel your machine!

I cannot say enough positive things about this meal prep service! I have 4 little kids, a big job and very little extra time on my hands to meal prep! I have always struggled with the nutrition portion of staying fit due to my busy schedule and when our gym (F45) began offering these meals I immediately took advantage. I have ordered from numerous meal prep companies before and nothing has even come CLOSE to how good the food is from SoulFull Eats. I have never been more excited about what's on the menu for the next week, how good everything tastes and how good I feel afterwards. I've had several of my friends who are not members of my gym jump on the SoulFull bandwagon because the food is THAT good!

We have done this about 4 weeks now and continue to just keep going! We have loved it all!!! So flavorful and makes dinner time so easy! Every week is something different which keeps us hooked and spending less money from always eating out . If you like trying out different cuisines and not having to cook every night of the week, try them out! I promise you, you will be throwing out less wasted food from your fridge at the end of the week.

Great clean, tasty, restaurant quality food. Makes life so much easier and has given me more time to do other things instead of grocery shopping and cooking. All macros are clearly labeled for easy food tracking. Packaged very well and environmentally friendly. Thankyou SoulFULL Eats for helping me on my weight loss journey.

My partner and I both work from home, so we were looking for a local meal prep company; luckily I found SoulFULL eats on instagram. The meals are flavorful and I love the muffin snacks…I got my first order delivered to my home with no issues.

Not only does SoulFull take the stress out meal planning for the week for me and my husband (we’re both nurses and it’s hard to know when and what we’ll be able to eat during the day!), the food is GOOD. You would never know it’s as healthy as it is! Gluten and dairy free, and truthfully I didn’t believe it when I tasted the muffins. I don’t play around when it comes to food, and I’ve tried several meal prep companies in the past and SoulFull is by far the best in Jax. Not only that, we ordered their Thanksgiving package for the family. WOW! My mother-in-law still talks about it!

I don't know how to cook but I love to eat. Problem is I usually end up eating what passes for food these days because its quick and easy. I tried a home delivery meal kit but even with directions I totally suck at it. I had been eyeing SoulFULL Eats for about 6 months but hadn't pulled the trigger, then I saw that it was a local business and I decided to give them a try. My first experience with ordering didn't go as planned and I accidentally ordered another whole week of meals. SoulFULL Eats saw my mistake and sent me an email asking if I meant to do that and of course I hadn't and they sent me my money back for the extra week of meals. Then I noticed they offered delivery or pick up and it is literally 6 minutes from my house so I chose to pick up. It was very easy and I'm already on my 5th week. The meals are ALWAYS delicious and I get to have gourmet food at a very reasonable price. I love SoulFULL Eats and God willing I will continue as a patron for as long as I am eating food. :)
