Their meal prep boxes are diverse and delicious, and they actually make me feel •••good••• about what I'm eating. I love how they select local, in-season foods to ensure quality and nutrients, and I've noticed a considerable difference in my energy levels. And they're dairy, gluten, and plastic-free, so I don't have to worry about tummy troubles or reheating weirdness. What I spent on weekly groceries to meal prep is comparable to their prices, and now I don't have to confine myself to the grocery store and kitchen on the weekends so I can actually enjoy Sunday Fundays 🙂
Hello Picked up my first order today 3/10 at F45 & I was so impressed by how everything first off was packaged so neat & professional, the instructions on where to pick up & how to prepare/heat meals were very simple—also first thing we ate was the orange chicken which was Delicious indeed & fresh!,We found what we needed as far as healthy food to get from time to time, Communication with Shantrell has been phenomenal!!—-The Lord God supernaturally led us to a gold mine lol!! I was referred to Chef Mixon by a colleague for her catering business. She came highly recommended and I see why! Shantrell and her tram were the epitome of professionalism and the food was absolutely delicious. We used them for an in-office catering for Black History Month and I plan to use them again in the future for business and personal needs. 10/10 recommend!
I just placed my first order with SoulFULL Eats today and although I have not tasted the food I had to leave a 5 star review simply because the customer service is absolutely amazing. I recently called to get more details and Shantrell was super friendly and pleasant to speak with. She did not rush me or make me feel like I was asking questions that I should already have the answers to. This alone made me stop my search for a new meal prep company and give SoulFull Eats a chance.... that and the reviews with respect to the food were very positive. Great job ladies!!!

I have ordered meal prep several times from SoulFULL Eats. The food is absolutely delicious, high quality and filling. I like the focus on the healthy aspects of the prep and feel like I am getting great nutrition. The order process is easy and the communications as to pickup are clear and helpful. The whole process is easy and I feel like I am doing the right thing for my body while enjoying tasty food.
SoulFull is our favorite meal prep service. It makes it easy to eat clean and save time during busy seasons of life. There is so much variety each week, and the food is flavorful, fresh, and very yummy. I especially love the breakfast bites and muffins! My husband gets the swolefull and I get the soulfull, and it is generally enough food for breakfast, lunch and dinner for 4-6 days. Highly recommend!
Soulfull Eats is a HIT!! Ordering is very simple. I am very pleased by the portion size, not to mention the packaging is 1st class. But the most important thing here is the taste and healthiness of the food. The food is beyond amazing and tastes so wonderful. I love that I can trust that I am putting healthy food into my body. I just ordered for the first time, and everything was so delicious! I have no idea how they make everything taste so good, even after reheating - it tasted like it had just been cooked. Everything is neatly packaged. I am still dreaming about the sweet and sour pork tenderloin! I will definitely order again!
