The food looked amazing and smelled even better. I’ve only had one of the four meals we have ordered so far, but if they all look, taste, and smell this good, I can see Soulfull becoming a staple in our home.

Having tried a number of meal prep kits locally, I can easily say that SoulFULL eats is the best tasting. Each item has macros already labeled, and more importantly, has really good macros, with lots of protein without excessive fat or carbs. Overall, the meals are really balanced and are varied each week. My favorite are the muffins that come each week. My fiancé and I always fight over them!

I just wanted to leave a review because I don’t think I’m the target demographic for those that might benefit from these delicious meals, BUT they were certainly NECESSARY to me all the same. I had just given birth to my first baby and my husband and I were on our own after our families had to leave us (they’d been taking care of all the meals for a couple of weeks). And lunches were hard. Dinners were even harder. We were breaking the bank accounts ordering delivery or eating out (and it’s hard to eat healthy around where we live when you’re eating out). I was newly post partum and breastfeeding and needed good nutritious meals. Balanced meals. My husband god save his soul was not a cook and he was focused on juggling work and caring for me and baby. All this to say, we found Soul Full Eats and our prayers were answered. The meals were healthy and delicious and quite frankly saved our lives. It took the stress out of figuring out meals. We could always look forward to eating vs anxious about what’s for dinner each day. Pick ups were super easy. Everything was beautifully packaged and laid out. Those muffins every week made our days. These meals were exactly what we needed to stay afloat for several weeks until we could finally find our footing and start cooking/grocery shopping again. The food was amazing and our hearts were happy. We don’t need to rely on it as much anymore these days but we will continue to treat ourselves with a week here and there when the menu is too good to pass up. Thank you for everything and I hope future mothers/families treat themselves like we did and take the equation out of meals post partum with your services!

I cannot say enough amazing things about SoulFULL Eats!!! Their food has SO MUCH FLAVOR and is surprisingly super HEALTHY at the same time. I always feel so good after finishing one of their meals. The menu each week is very creative and varied. There are different options for portions, so you will not be left hungry like I have with other meal prep services in the past. It is obvious that there is a real chef behind the scenes... no rubbery chicken or bland rice here! I marvel at how well the meats are cooked, and know I cannot possibly replicate this level of mastery myself. You just have to TRY it to believe it. Give it a shot for one week... you will not be disappointed.

I ordered from SoulFULL because my coworker/friend’s husband suddenly passed and we wanted him to have prepared meals that are easy to heat up and eat. Also a bonus that the food items are healthy and made with good ingredients. Sometimes grief brings unhealthy food habits so this will be a nice option for my friend to have! I saw the great reviews and ordered without even thinking to inquire when it would be delivered. I messaged SoulFULL and quickly got a message asking for my phone number. Shantrell gave me a call almost immediately. She said that they normally have orders in by Fridays and deliveries on Tuesdays (spoiler: it was Tuesday). She informed me that I was in luck though because there was an extra meal package this week. She went on to say that her delivery team would be able to get the package to my friend by that evening or she would personally deliver the package herself. I was so touched by her kindness and consideration. Going above and beyond to provide wonderful customer service at a time in need. I am excited to hear my coworker’s review of the food (although from the reviews it all sounds absolutely INCREDIBLE). I will have to try myself sometime soon.
