Honestly, there’s no easier way to eat healthy & delicious food! As a longtime meal prepper, and a new dad who is almost solely responsible for the meals in our house, SoulFull eats has been a GAME CHANGER. We’re able to eat healthy, delicious food AND get some extra time on our hands? Done. We always go for the SwoleFull option, and it usually covers a few dinners for me and my wife PLUS weekday lunches for me. On top of everything else, the meals have really helped me manage my diet and hit weight loss goals. Bottom line, if you’re short on time, tired of chicken, rice & veggies, or want to take the guesswork out of eating healthy… this is what you’ve been looking for.
Phenomenal home cooked meals. You can tell Amy and Shantrell put a ton of thought and effort behind curating each weeks meals. If you’re an athlete looking for delicious food prep meal options to fuel your workouts this is it!
