Used this company to haul my camper from Tennessee to Arizona so it was a bit pricey as you can imagine. Well you think that if you’re spending that much money they would take care of your property, which they didn’t. The company who did the hauling hit something while transporting my camper and tore a hole in the side. Knowing this the driver then delayed the delivery until the middle of the night so I wouldn’t see the damage. The next morning I saw this hole in the side of my camper and immediately started calling people. The end of the story is that shiplux brokered my trailer to someone who didn’t have current insurance and because of this the cancelled insurance policy that was on file through progressive yielded an “I’m sorry there’s nothing we can do”. So it’s up to me on whether or not I want to pay for the repair or file my own claim and deal with increased insurance rates. I would not recommend this company.

Mark Joubert is one of my favorite people I’ve dealt with in business in a long time…. I hired SGT AND Tried TO NEXUS transportation and they both dropped the ball beyond comprehension………Was very uncomfortable about transporting my recent purchase on EBay….. Somehow Mark got my car picked up in days and now I’m looking at my new purchase three days later….. How these other companies lied and lied and lied to me is beyond all understanding …. I spent a month getting false promises and Mark solved this in days…… ShipLux will always be my company refer and use……

I had the pleasure of working with Nick Dominguez to transport 2 vehicles from TX to MD. Things were pretty rocky at first, with the first driver assigned to the task, due to no communication and constant delays. But Nick was in constant communication with me and really worked to make the customer happy and I appreciate that type of work ethic.

Absolutely no accountability or professionalism! • Deposit made: Aug 9th '24 • Delivery made: Sep 4th '24 (with damages to the vehicle) I enlisted Shiplux's services after being given a verbal confirmation from their call centre agent Noah, about delivery within the week. There were various unspecified delays, during pick up (3 days, my friend stayed at his home for them not to show up), in the shipping yard (no updates were given) and delivery (I stayed home bound for 5 days only for the vehicle to show up on the 5th day). Worse than that, the vehicle has incurred damages which Noah states are not covered by his organization. I planned a road-trip vacation and after speaking with Noah about that, I went with this organization; Needless to say that vacation didn't occur as the vehicle wasn't delivered on time. They waste people's time and there is no semblance of accountability in this organization; They are very happy to take on a job/payment but they don't know or perhaps don't care how best to do the job. I am waiting on Noah to send me details on their complaint/insurance department to file for a remedial action for the damages incurred. I will be opening a case in the Better Business Bureau and other avenues to seek a resolution as this organization has not given me any reason to trust them. Buyer beware! Update 9/24/24: Asked BBB to mediate this dispute, ticket opened on 9/4/24; There has been no update or remediation by the business. Most like BBB will black mark this business on their front if no response if provided by them. Think twice before giving them your business, is your time & property worth this experience.

Noah and his Team at Shiplux picked up my Mustang from Washington State and delivered it to Hamilton, Ontario exactly as promised and zero damages. I was in a pinch for time to get it loaded up as the seller was unavailable past the load date. Shiplux came through and made this entire process stress free. Thank you to all there for your dedication and professionalism. I would recommend them any time. Well done!

Not responsive, not reliable. Supposed to ship a vehicle at an agreed-upon date and time. Received multiple emails and phone calls confirming we were good. Driver never showed up, never called. I have tried to call and text and email the agent dozens of times with no response. A simple phone call to explain logistics and if there are delays would have really helped out this situation. this will stay at one star until someone reaches out and fixes this disgraceful instance. Update. I honestly hate leaving bad reviews. Sometimes it’s best to share your experience so maybe everybody can work to be better. We need this nowadays. At the end of the day they made it right even though the vehicle is going to be 12 hours late. ShipLux subbed out our white glove delivery to a third-party who is the one that seems to have made the logistical mistakes. The gentlemen who loaded the car was very professional and clean and wore the gloves. Unfortunately, he had to go pick up and deliver another car before making his way to deliver mine.

Marcos and ShipLux handled my transaction very well! Pick up brand new Harley Davidson from Alabama to Michigan with great care and handling. Driver was professional and competent...and fast! Price paid was very reasonable. Marcos was very responsive. Highly recommend.

BEWARE! Quoted $2K. First they showed up an hour late with the wrong trailer. No communication. Customer service agent was rude and hung up on me because he said”I’m thinking with my feelings”. Then quoted $2700 because they need a special trailer. Then had to wait a 5 days for the next pick up but it was cancelled the day before (8/10/25)due to stress fracture in trailer. I wouldn’t have even known if I didn’t reach out to them. No communication whatsoever. Do not use these people.
