2 stars because initial call went well with Noah but the later interaction was not professional. I had decided to use them to ship my car. The initial call was very professional but when I called again, I had a question about how to hand over the keys during pick up. I was not understanding how it works and I asked to repeat a few times since this is all new to me and I am shipping my car for first time. Noah snapped at me and got all passive aggressive saying “Jesus Christ, how hard it is.. why don't you understand… etc.” I was very polite during the talk and never raised my voice even apologized asking same question again since I was not understanding. I think its a good company, just he was having a bad day and unfortunately I was on receiving end. Good luck to them. I am taking my business elsewhere.

This business is very unprofessional. They will promise you that within 24-72 hours they will have your car picked up. They found me a driver past the 72 hour mark. They will promise you that they normally have it picked up quick. My car got delayed 3 times due to people “not being ready for pickup” and pushing the time for my pick up back. It got pushed back almost 3 days. After that it took Jose longer than the estimated delivery date. Then on the day it was supposed to be delivered the dispatcher told me he might not make it there today even though he was 45 minutes from my location. Jose then shows up later in the night (car was promised to be dropped off first thing in the morning). When Jose brings my car he drove it off the truck on flat tires stating that he had to deflate them since my car was too tall and he couldn’t fit it on top (have someone who can fit my car pick it up then). He then proceeds to tell me that I need to drive it to the gas station. Clearly in the picture the car is not able to be driven anywhere. Lucky for me we had a tire pressure machine and could blow them up ourselves. I asked for Jose to drop it so I can test drive my car to see if he popped my tires or actually let the air out and he refused until I paid him. Jose had his Whole family in the car (him, wife, and 2 children). His wife was yelling at us in Spanish because we were concerned about my popped tires. They finally dropped it after I paid him and I still have permanent damage to my car (tires were rubbed against something on the truck and tread was ripped on the tire). I tried to call Noah who said if I had an issue to call and he never picked up my call and he never returned it. Jose left oil from his truck which was barely able to drive and it stained my newly paved road. Jose and Noah are very unprofessional and should not be used in the company.

After 2 companies not returning any phone calls with promised pick up dates which failed, and one other company harassing me that I had to use “his company”, Samm reached out, was very upfront and honest and within two hours, our vehicle was picked up and delivered that next day! And for a very reasonable price for last minute! Saved us a ton of headache, a ton of extra things that we just did not need! Thank you to the driver who got it there safely!! Definitely recommend!

Incredible experience from start to finish. I had my G-Wagon transported from Arizona to New York in an enclosed trailer, and everything went flawlessly. The team was highly professional, punctual, and treated my vehicle with the utmost care. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and I felt completely at ease knowing my car was in good hands. Marcos @ ShipLux was great! Very professional and had my husband and I set up with a motorcycle carrier immediately. In fact, the driver picked up our bike in Colorado the next day and delivered it the day after pickup in perfect condition to our house in Arizona. The driver was quick, efficient, and handled the motorcycle with care. He was definitely a hustler! I had to pay the truck service. I had to pay the port. The pick up date was off by 24 hours, not too bad. The pick up date estimate is off by 26 days from what shiplux said. The 24/7 service is for the main phone only. I would definitely just make the two phone calls myself and save the brokerage fee.
