Samm was absolutely awesome to work with! She was very friendly and thorough . I have great feelings about this company. I was amazed at the pricing as well, much lower than I expected for enclosed shipping. So far I highly recommend them! Car was received with no issues. It only took 3 days to arrive from across the country. They actually delivered the car before my paperwork arrived!

I want to thank Shiplux as a company and two people specifically Sheldon and Victor for the outstanding service I experienced. I found myself in a bind from an auto carrier that did not live to their commitments for shipping a vintage car. I called Shiplux -Sheldon who said no problem we can get your car out today and deliver all on the time table I had originally set up. The driver victor was very communicative about when he would be there to pick up. He took extra care with loading the car and documented with video the conditions and provided me a time the next day he would deliver the car. He did exactly what he said, was very friendly and was flexible to accommodate my needs. Great customer experience. The advertisement for Shiplux is no hassle with outstanding delivery service. That’s what I experienced first hand. The car being shipped is a vintage classic 1967 Shelby Mustang. Not many around so having a group of folks who cared as Sheldon and Victor did creates great comfort and trust. I would recommend them highly.

Shiplux simply booked to ship my car to me, then they subletted the job to CGX transport. Their driver cut my tire pulling it off my trailer. With this being a brand new specialty vehicle the tire cost me over $500. I contacted Shiplux and they gave me the email address for CGX and told me I had to go to them to pay for it. I was able to get their insurance information, called progressive only to find that they had let their policy lapse. Then shiplux tells me I have to sue the driver but since they sublet the job, they can't tell me who the driver is, their address or even their phone number. Don't hire Shiplux because they will sublet the job and the same thing can happen to you. If I could give a zero star rating, I would.

We hired ShipLux to transport our boat from California to Washington, and the result was over $5,000 in damages that did not exist prior to pickup. We documented the boat’s condition before transport and reported the damage immediately upon delivery. Since that point, communication has effectively stopped. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, no one has taken responsibility, provided a resolution, or even returned basic follow-up communication. What makes this especially concerning is that the company promotes professionalism and customer service, yet our experience has been the complete opposite. We have specifically attempted to reach the owners, Evan Zinger and Jordan Zinger, and have received no meaningful response regarding a legitimate damage claim. Damage during transport can happen—but ignoring customers afterward is a business decision. At this point, the lack of accountability and transparency is unacceptable. Anyone considering ShipLux should understand that if something goes wrong, you may be left handling thousands of dollars in repairs on your own. We strongly recommend documenting everything and reconsidering your options before trusting this company with valuable property.

ShipLux completed two successful shipments for me—one from California to Ohio, and another from Ohio to North Carolina. Both were mission accomplished. The customer service provided by Marcus was excellent. He was always available to answer questions and did an amazing job with communication throughout the process. During the second shipment, we ran into a minor issue with the carrier, but Marcus handled everything quickly and made sure it was fully resolved. I definitely plan on using ShipLux again in the future.

I would definitely recommend ShipLux. They transported my vehicle from Texas to St. Croix. The price was reasonable and the service too notch. Kirsten kept me well informed during the process from planning through delivery.

From first quote and all communication in between, to the final delivery. Shiplux provided excellent service in picking up my car in Texas to delivering in Florida!! First of all, my rep, Samm, is amazing. I’m a client who took their business to HER, not the company, because she’s that good. Reality: Trust and communication are super important if you hand $150k worth of assets to a transport company. Besides the contract, that’s the most important thing and Samm is someone I trust, who is professional, smart, friendly & cool and is available when I need her. We had a slight hiccup during the trip- the transport vehicle broke down en route. They contacted us immediately & Samm made sure the car arrived in time for our arrival. We had created a buffer in case anything arose and it all worked out. They kept in contact with us, resolved a large issue and we had no negative impact. So while ShipLux is great and all, this 5 star review is for Samm. As long as she’s doing this I’ll be her client.

Working with Noah Clark, a Shiplux Agent was an outstanding experience given the stressful nature of our situation (shipping a vehicle from Canada to USA). He was knowledgeable, patient, and truly focused. Responsive to texts and always called back promptly or provided a window if on the phone helping other clients. Noah took the time to understand my situation, went the extra mile and presented options based on my budget, preferences, and priorities. Noah is trustworthy, professional, and genuinely helpful.

Shiplux was the best, my agent Samm Riar was the best and the driver Keith was the best. I've used transporting agencies before, but shiplux was the best and my agent Samm Riar and the drive Keith both communicated so that I knew what was going on and when I called they always gave me good feedback and honest truths.
