Noah was excellent to work with. Informative, friendly, and got my vehicle taken care of efficiently.

This is important. So read this about ShipLux. I had one of their reps, Noah Clark, sit on the phone with me for 20 mins as he guided me through the steps to import my vehicle internationally. Normally a broker would have charged $100 for this or more, but Noah gave me all info I needed and even some info previous brokers didn't even know about. I am extremely grateful for people like this and companies like ShipLux that care about their customers, even if in the end they do not use their services. I will 100% be using ShipLux for any shipping needs I have in the future. Simply because of how nice and courteous Noah Clark was to be on the phone. 10/10 service. Thank you.

Michael Anthony (Mike) at Shipluxe has been incredible to work with! He's always accommodating, highly responsive, and never hesitates to handle last-minute requests. I've shipped vehicles across the U.S. with him—from New York to LA, DC, Florida—and each time, the process has been smooth and stress-free. Very pleased with my experience with Mark. Shipped my car from California to Pennsylvania.. another company left me hanging with no response days after my car was supposed to be picked up. We got in contact with mark and he got my car picked up next day, and for a reasonable rate compared to another company. He didn’t take advantage of my situation to over charge me and stayed in constant communication with us which we really appreciated. Highly recommend working with him.

Called ShipLux and spoke with Mr. Ames, Sheldon and immediately knew I was being taken care of. Don’t call another company and it’s as simple as that. My 1989 Ford Mustang LX 5.0 was picked up and delivered exactly as estimated. The transportation driver was just as accommodating by calling me and giving a solid time line on deliver etc. Thanks again Mr. Ames!!

We have shipped many cars and have NEVER had an experience as good as this one. From the first contact Michael Anthony was on it, booking was a breeze, communication was amazing. The shipper himself was very professional great at communicating and had a very professional rig. Cat arrived faster than expected and in excellent condition!

I flew out to an entirely different state based on the commitment that this company would be picking up my rig. I have a paid invoice and written confirmation, yet after that, they went completely silent with no explanation or update. This has cost me significant time, money, and energy, and I still have no idea where things stand. My rig was supposed to already be on its way from Nevada to Arizona, but nothing has even started. This kind of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is unacceptable. If you are considering using this company, do yourself a favor and go with someone else to avoid the hassle and wasted resources. Will update.

Gave these people my info for pickup payment info dimensions of cargo everything I was required to give and on the pick up date no driver available next day looking for a driver none available so I had to cancel it seemed like they had no urgency and no customer service screw this BS never again with these clowns !

Poor customer service and transparency. ShipLux did not answer repeated calls and emails requesting simple carrier information (BOL, contact info, ETA, etc). As a result, carrier showed up multiple times on the wrong day for pickup. Carrier did not speak English and my agent at Origin did not speak Spanish...this made things difficult. Fortunately, I speak enough Spanish to effectively communicate with the driver at the Destination and my boat made it from point A to point B without any apparent damage. If you enjoy rolling the dice and hoping for the best, then maybe give ShipLux a try. I, however, would not recommend this business.

There were some hiccups along the way. Stuff happens. Kirsten handled it beautifully. Very professional and personable service!
