What a great experience! Samm is A+ in my book! She is excellent at what she does! Samm answered all my questions in a timely manner and once we agreed to move forward with the quote, we had a carrier and date/time of pickup and delivery very quickly. The carrier was A+++++ as well! The driver was professional and efficient! He handled everything from loading to unloading. We will definitely 100% use Shiplux again when needed.

I have never left a review in my life, but using this company to ship my car was the most negative experience I've ever had with a business. Please save yourself the stress and find a company through a friend's referral, or at the very least carefully scan the reviews including Yelp. My car was delivered a week later and despite my best efforts to contact the company and carrier via email, phone, and text, they would not provide me with an updated delivery estimate, or even a window of 2-3 days, which would've been tremendously helpful. Instead, they told me it would arrive either tonight or tomorrow morning nearly every time I contacted them, and this was not true. At one point they told me the driver's truck broke down meaning it would be an additional 12-24 hour delay, and it ended up being several days. Eventually, people stopped picking up my calls, so my boyfriend tried calling, and they hung up on him while he was talking. The person who would occasionally answer my texts at this point said they were checking with the driver about the delivery over and over again for a few days without giving me any information. I read a review that when someone contacted the police, ShipLux promptly delivered their car. So I told them I would file a missing vehicle report if they didn't provide me with an estimate. Then, within 12 hours, I saw on my tracking app that my car started moving after days of standing still. The next day, it was delivered, albeit on the middle of a busy street instead of to my address. I had to walk to the middle of the street. I would understand this if I lived on a narrow or windy road, and if I was communicated with beforehand, but that was not the case. Lucky for me, I had moved in to a new place the previous day and didn't have to go to work. Otherwise, I might not have been able to retrieve my car since I was not warned that it was going to be delivered that day until about 20 minutes prior. I understand that this business is tricky, but the lack of communication and professionalism was absolutely shocking.

Excellent service! Prompt, professional and fairly priced. A great delivery experience all around.

Worst experience stay away, they will say anything to get the load and on top rudest employees will blame everything on drivers which is not true. Day one they know when exactly you will received your merchandise but lie to you just to get your business.

10 days after I paid for my shipment order, I was told that the manager is on holiday and would 'prioritize' his vacation instead of making contact with the driver to ensure the shipment process in order. This would also be less infuriating if he did not tell me that the pick up was coming on the 7th day so I did not have to miss all my other shipment windows. Now I have to wait for an additional 10 days for a different shipment company making the entire shipment process 34 days to receive my car! Thanks a LOT!

They shipped my Porsche last year did a good job. Then tonight I called and they didn’t answer. They called back after I was booked with Nexus and were very rude and nasty to me after I explained that I had made other arrangements. I explained this to a gentleman who followed up via text and he also was rude and very condescending. I will not be using Shiplux again due to their rude behavior to their customer. You attract more bees w honey rather than vinegar.

Marcos Disla gave me a quote very quickly. I chose another company and it was a bad experience. I contacted Marcos again and he got everything set up very quickly. The motorcycle was picked up and delivered half way across the country in 3 days. Additionally... the cost was less than the other company. Marcos made this very quick and very easy! Next time I ship I'm calling Marcos and ShipLux!

looked for Quote to ship car from Oklahoma to New Jersey. It was near 10 pm, entered information and was contacted with information in minutes. I had looked around previously at car shipping rates , found the rate to be excellent. Once I placed order to ship had confirmation in a few minutes. The car was picked up as delievered, the man I bought my car from called me to say how impressed he was with the service and the truck. I had an estimated time of pick up and delievery when I placed order that expectation was met. Driver kept me informed as to estimated time of arrival as this took several days. When truck came on time as promised, I was very impressed with the tractor and trailer. Driver was excellent, the trailer was very very impressive , clean, not a spec of debris or dirt. Truck was very well lighted instide trailer as car was unloaded. The driver was very knowledgable about cars, and had detailed any flaws on car before he had loaded it and he pointed them out to me upon delievery. I would recommend this service to anyone. Great service.
