My experience with Saia has been the best we have ever had with any trucking company. It begins with our Sales person Madam Anderson who is always taking care of any request 24/7 and that means a lot to our business. She has been phenomenal to work with and is the nucleus of the sales team. Our driver is kind and certainly handled our freight well. If you need to have freight moved, look no more call Saia. We highly recommend them and we single source our freight to them, except UPS packages.

Terrible service. They don’t guarantee call aheads and rescheduled my delivery 3 times without any notice. This was after the initial SMS notifications that I did receive also being wrong. The message said I had a delivery scheduled and when I called in the operator said there was in fact no scheduled delivery. All in all total nightmare and missed many days of work all because these people and their systems are completely incompetent
Great sales reps, Ashlee & Danny, good sales manager, Scot N.; They have always been responsive and straight forward in the 12 + years I've known and worked with them. They have clean trucks which is really important. They take photos of the freight to help solve issues. Great company, probably best LTL company out there... I'd never use OD, or AAA.

Had a great delivery experience here in Austin from Paul. He was delivering a few pallets of flooring I ordered from Costco and he was great at communicating the delivery time, called 15 minutes ahead to make sure I was home. Paul was personable, very polite and offered to drop it in my garage (versus the included curb delivery). He even highlighted damage to one of the boxes for me to check (all was okay). Great delivery experience end-to-end!
