Left a heavy box in front of my car on the street that I couldn't move, which both left me stuck without my car to drive my disabled mother and left the product out for theft. Awful customer service.
Received a shipment yesterday and it was wet to the point that the boxes came apart, no ability to speak with a supervisor so I had to call their corporate HQ. Frustrating how little care they take with your product.
We have done 4 shipments so far using Saia. All these shipments were picked up and delivered promptly.
Great group of people working here. They definitely try to make sure that I received my delivery on time.. Communication was top notch!

Dwayne was horrible, his customer service was worse, never use this company they do not do as they say they will. Lazy all he did was blame the company and the scheduler. Ridiculous
They are fast to help us find solutions when issues arise and they are very responsive!
Shipment was late. When we asked if we could just come pick the shipment up since it had been sitting in their warehouse they said they didn't have anyone around to get the shipment out for us. Pathetic.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY FOR HELP !!!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!
