Saia Austin is an our primary LTL provider. Weather it’s a couple shipment day or 3 trailer full day. They provide great customer service, fast delivery and great communication company wide. Highly recommend to move your freight.
Great customer service. SAIA was contracted to deliver a very large order of chairs that we needed in time for a funeral service. The reps were always friendly when I'd call for updates. They always came across eager to help, which is tough to find these days. The driver was also made aware of our situation, and during the delivery, he wished us well that the service goes smoothly which was a great touch. Please thank Brenda and Jeremy (forgive me if I didn't remember their names correctly) for all of their help!
Saia picked up my shipment in Houston on December 26 the delivery address was in Austin TX. Shipment didn't arrive until January 9, at 5:30 pm. Our receiving hours are from 7am to 4pm. Truck showed up at 5:30 pm. 14 days to go from Houston to Austin then you show up a hour and a half after receiving ours closed. Horrible service. I have asked my supplier to no longer have your company make any more deliveries to my site. Saia was made aware of our receiving hours only to ignore them.
We have been working with Saia for the last 3+ years. They have always taken great care of us. Ashlee has been our account manager for the entirety of our partnership. I can't say enough about her. She has always been true to her word and jumped on any issues that may arise. My company ships a high volume of pallets on a weekly basis. I have worked with all the major carriers, and Saia is far superior to all of them. I hope to continue this partnership for many years to come.
