River House

First off, service was horrid!! Me and my family felt very unwelcome, and they treated us like an inconvenience, very rude the whole time. The water tasted unfiltered and like chemicals. The food wasn’t good, I got the river dog, one side of the bread was hard, the other was soggy. It was all super salty and funky tasting. The strawberry shortcake was the last chance I was giving, because I really wanted to like this place. The bread was burnt:/ unfortunately I will never be back here. The price of the food should be lowered with how bad the food and service was. Would never recommend unless you’re only there for the view.

Food was really good, service was fast, and the views were amazing. No complaints, I would come back any time.

Loved it here gorgeous view 😍 We came to watch a soccer game. Bar tenders were super nice.

Our waiter ,Seabass, was great! Service fast, food tasty and cocktail was great. I would have liked a few other options on the menu Great atmosphere!

Amazing food at an amazing venue.....

Service was the worst I’ve ever had. The waitress was not personable at all. The hostess took us to a table with a dirty floor. The flies were busy with whatever was spilled on the floor. We asked for water and we got warm water, no ice. I ordered the Cuban Sandwich. It was a very thin sandwich. When the food was served the condiments were missing. We asked the hostess for them to she said she had no hand held then she went back to moving chairs by us. She did not go and let our waitress know we needed the condiments. We actually had to go and ask for them. Our 4 year old was entertained by dropping food on the floor to feed the flies on the floor. This was not anything like the big story that came out when it opened. Some training in waitressing skills is needed!!! Very disappointing experience!

Great place to have lunch on the river. Nice breeze really cool place. Just need some wait staff. DR death wasn’t very good at his day job. “Serving humans”. Lots of people getting up and grabbing the pitchers of water to refill their table. And others grabbing their own “plastic wear.” Food was good. Just missing the key part of the puzzle. Saw lots of people not knowing where to go to check in with host. They need a good manager to lead the show.

My son found a long black hair in his fries. Absolutely disgusting. On top of that, we were automatically charged a 20% World Cup fee that was added to our bill. What a joke! The service was terrible, and we still had to pay an automatic 20% service charge. How convenient for the business! We definitely won't be back. To make it even worse, after already adding the 20% charge to the bill, they still asked if we wanted to leave an additional tip. Seriously? You're already charging 20% automatically and then asking for even more? At that point, why not just make it 50%? Apparently 20% isn't enough.

Love the bridge and views. Love the cocktails. However, the food was underwhelming and service was a bit odd. They tried to bring us other people's food twice and they were so confused when we said we didn't order those items. Also, our server had a peculiar personality and made jokes about us getting shots to help him get a bigger tip? The burger was a very weird texture, but the fries were good. We also found two hairs in the salad - we would have said something about the hairs, but we were so ready to leave and felt the service was a bit chaotic.

The atmosphere and vibe were definitely the best part of this place. It has a great setting for drinks and socializing, and the ambiance was really enjoyable. However, the drinks were clearly premade and served from large jugs, which made them feel less fresh and took away from the experience. Unfortunately, the food did not match the atmosphere. I ordered the grilled fish sandwich, but it seemed more steamed than grilled, lacking the flavor, texture, and seasoning I expected. Overall, the food at our table was edible, but nothing was particularly good or memorable. If you're looking for a place with a nice vibe to hang out and have a casual drink, it may be worth visiting for the atmosphere, but I wouldn’t return for the food or drinks.
