They were very communicative and efficient, there were no issues with the panel installation and within the first couple of months my electric bill almost halved. Working with Brandon, Jay & Susan has been awesome! They are all so knowledgeable and their follow through is impecable. I've seen some of their installs and they are really clean. They answered all of my questions about solar and now I know that a 7.0 KW system should zero my bill 100%. They use top tier Silfab all black panels with a 25/30 year warranty. I'm so excited to move forward and take advantage of the federal tax credit this year and to not rely on the grid. They are the best solar installers in the area. Great company to work with for Solar Power. We looked at multiple options for a solar system, including our local installers to a few within the state. We found Pro-Stat to be the most professional with the sale of the system to complete installation. Tom answered all of our concerns & questions with clear & transparent answers. He understood that purchasing a solar system that costs into the thousands you just might need a night to sleep on it. Was not pushy, or needing to close the deal right now or lose out on a one time deal. Aaron was our site engineer that was just wonderful to work with for a couple of hours. Explained to him our future projects with roof & electric needs from the electrical panel. His team was able to design a system that would capture the most sunlight & still allow us room for our own future projects. Jason & the two other installers did a great job. Our install went flawless & was completed within a days work. I was able to explain where & why we need a gap on the roof for a future sun light tube for our entryway. They left the perfect amount of room on the roof for that. His team was able to move a few breakers & leave us what we need for a future power needs. Before leaving they cleaned up the work site & gave a demo on how to turn on & off the system. Becki, Susan & the other office workers have always answered the phone, answered any question, and gave updated progress on the project. Their team took care of all permits & finance needs promptly & professionally. Thank you to anyone else at Pro-Stat who helped us get solar power to our home. I would highly recommend Pro-Stat Electric & Solar to anyone in market for their own solar power system.

One of the best housing job experiences I’ve ever experienced in over 60 years of homeowner ships. From re-modeling, roofing to additions & complete re-building. Starting with Dave Wood my salesperson. The initial meeting, getting him the info, he needed to customizing the bid for my needs & My house design/layout to maximize the sun for my specific roof line. Dave kept in touch with me through the entire process & I was also able to have a new roof put on at the same time. When it came time for the roof & solar install, the crew was punctual, friendly & did a great job cleaning up after it was all done. Even the follow up after the job was completed was a nice touch of class. With the Oregon Tax rebate & Fed. Tax credit, it was a no-brainer for me. Now I’m saving on my electric bill, my home value has increased & the best part, is that I am doing my part to minimize my carbon energy footprint.

My experience with ProStat Solar has been excellent. The consult guy, Mark, was very friendly and communicative throughout the process. The owner, Brandon, was also very personable and was available through every step of the process. The site surveyor was professional, quick and communicated each time he needed to stop by the house to evaluate a certain area. Finally, the crew that came to install the system- Jeff, Keaton and Seth- were top notch. First, they worked on one of our hottest days of the season, and didn’t complain about it. They seemed to work in unison and seamlessly with each other. Jeff communicated each step to me, and kept me informed about how the install was going. Traci, the one who runs the office and answers all the emails, is quick and speedy in her responses. Everyone in the company has been very kind, friendly, professional and communicated well. I am also happy that I was able to save over $10,000 by choosing ProStat over another company, and am grateful for the competitive rate, service and quality on that ProStat has provided.

PNW Solar presented quality panels at a fair price and then did a great job on installation. The one and a half day installation went smoothly and was done with very little interruption to us at home during the work. The folks we worked with were uniformly nice, courteous, and conscientious. We have enjoyed having our solar project completed just prior to some nice weather in late February and mid-March and we can really see that we'll have our electricity bills replaced by the solar power generated on average throughout the year. Very happy with the whole project.
