On the original agreement mission 385 watt panels and the rebate were changed, mission deleted the 385 and changed to 395 and the rebate was a little less than quoted, Mark the sales person contacted us and said Prostat would take the hit that is good customer service, I'm hard of hearing Mark and the girls in the office were very patient! Aaron the plan designer was very informative on the lay out and installation procedures. We are retired so I had the privilege to be there during installation, I was very impressed with the precision the young guys took installing the panels! Jason and Devin worked together to install the electrical for solar, ev charger and generator interlock- generator ready inlet plug, they were very professional and informative. Jason and Devin had to figure out how to get power from the main panel that is attached to a rv addition to the exciting house, we all agreed on the best option. Todd the installation supervisor came out to figure out how to fix a door into the RV attic that is required by code on project completion, Todd also figured out how to get Internet from house to the outdoor solar box. We really recommend Prostat if you are considering going solar. I especially appreciate Todd and Jason, so professional.

Can't say enough good things about my experience with Pro-Stat Electric & Solar Group! From start to finish, I had 5-star customer service, knowledgable staff who knew their stuff, and installers who were kind, respectful, and treated my home like their own. 10/10!

Recommend avoiding Pro-Stat for solar installs! We called and gave the intake person some information. “Matt” then sceduled a Zoom meeting with us. He spent about an hour walking us through a proposed system, including price, which included a $4,500 “discount” if we agreed to sign a contract during the Zoom call. He said to take our time to discuss and then went offline while we talked. When we came back online we told him that we had a couple of questions we needed to resolve before making a decision. His tone changed immediately, he took himself off the video call and asked if those were the only issues we needed to address. We told him that we couldn't make an immediate decision because this was not a typical install and had several things to consider (including other bids). At that point, he said ok, “Happy Thanksgiving” and closed out the Zoom chat - hanging up on us. 1. The offer wasn’t that great to begin with - we had two other bids that came in considerably lower, even with the “discounts”. 2. The $4,500 was an obvious pressure tactic to close the deal, and if the bid was that good to begin with, the price should have reflected that. 2. The Zoom meeting was recorded - he didn’t ask permission to record. 3. The bid included trenching - Matt said that if they have to trench more, Pro-Stat would just eat the additional cost. Seems like a lot to promise when we ballparked trenching between 100 and 150 feet in terrain that they hadn't seen. 4. No mention of making a site visit to signing their proposal. This drew red flags, given the complexity of this project. Pro-Stat's business model seems exclusively focused on making money. If you’re ok with that, just be aware what you’re getting into. Several days after I posted this, the owner reached out to ask about our experience. We shared a few details and suggest he review the recorded Zoom meeting - that should tell him what he needs to know. We will update if he reaches back out.

When I noticed how much I was paying for electricity I started researching for solar panels. I came across these guys and I contacted them. They were so helpful from step one to the finish product. They made the process go smooth and effect they did an amazing job. From contacting me when i requested information on how it works and prices, to finishing the project they made sure i was aware of everything they were doing and I know I will be contacting them if I know anyone who needs solar panels or wants information.

Todd was fantastic to work with! He provided a thorough estimate and was helpful with our electrical panel upgrade. Todd was responsive via email, phone, and text, and checked in without being pushy.

We had our solar panel install at the end of May 2020. I got to say, I was most impressed with everything, the crew, the professionalism of everyone, the smoothness of the install and the look of the end product. The crew, all of them, were pleasant, always willing to answer any questions, accommodating, worked very well and efficient together, were on it 100% all the time and no messing around and got the install done in one day which was above our expectations. I’ve had a positive experience with Pro-stat solar! Their sales person, Dave Wood is friendly and helpful. The office managers are communicative and never leave you wondering what’s happening through the process. The men who installed my 30 panels worked their butts off. I “shopped” around for awhile before settling on them and I’m happy with my choice!
