Installation was awesome, the crew knew what they were doing and they respected the house and the property. I was able to get a lot more then just solar panels and I’m really happy with that. The staff were knowledgeable and the foreman really knew his stuff. I appreciated them working with me on my preferences and what i wanted. Love the look of my roof, I would say the quality of the product and service is way better then my last installation with SolarCity.

For some time now, my wife and I have been thinking about installing solar panels. There were many companies we looked at and decided on selecting Pacific NW Solar. They were very thorough informing and educating us about joining the solar community. We of course were influenced with the state and federal incentives. We had 35 Panasonic panels with Enphase inverters installed. The process was started in late January with sale consultations, changes on our part, and planning the project around installing a new roof prior to installation in March. The project also contended with Covid 19 social distancing. The panels were installed April 15 and completed the next day. The crew were spectacular and they did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. I whole heartedly would recommend PNW Solar.

Pro-stat was a great choice for me and my husband for our solar panels. Installation was smooth, and they were able to get us scheduled in time before the end of the tax program in our state. We can easily track our panels with an app. The employees communicated with us clearly throughout the process and gave us resources which were helpful. Thank you very much!

Not a good experience. Over six grand to remove and "store" our solar panels which was not disclosed during the sales pitch. They did not communicate well despite their claims to help us manage the timing with our roofing contractor. Once they removed the solar panels, they simply stacked them in a pile in our property and stored inverters in our garage. The panels were reinstalled without any cleaning despite what the installer said and the crew left their food trash and bits of install garbage on our property and on our roof. Not much pride in workmanship or customer care. Would not recommend! Update: The owner of pro-stat reached out and came back to our house to remedy the issues I described above. While we would have preferred to have this all taken care of the first time around, I do appreciate the effort to make things right. Sometimes stuff happens and all that can be done is trying to correct it. I am changing my review to reflect the additional efforts made by Brandon and his company.

For our house and the environment, going solar was the right move. This Vancouver local contractor offered excellent service. After the installation, their crew carefully cleaned the area and was amiable and productive. Our electricity bills have significantly decreased already.

PNW Solar was an amazing company to work with. They were able to install our system within a month (most companies had a 2 to 3 month wait time) and they installed very quickly and efficiently when they arrived. They also had very competitive pricing. Overall I am very pleased with the experience.

My wife and had our solar system installed by Pacific NW Solar in October 2019. Having just bought the house in July, we weren't planning on making the investment into solar, especially considering in our case a new roof was going to be necessary to take advantage of the federal and state incentives and our current roof still had a couple of years of life left in it. Pacific NW Solar earned our business by having a professional sales staff and competitive prices. They came out and assessed our home, presented us with the facts and what we could expect from having solar added, and showed us the long term savings that could be achieved by going solar. The incentives they provided outside of what the state and federal governments offered were enough to make us pull the trigger in 2019. The installation crews for both the roof and the solar system were courteous and professional. Installation only took a few days, and after getting the necessary approval from the city and having the utility company install a new meter, we were up and running. The project coordinator assigned to us was very communicative and kept us up to date on what we should expect as the install date approached. Overall, a great experience with Pacific NW Solar and they have earned my recommendation.
