The crew was on time, efficient, courteous and friendly. Very good communication from pre-appointment to post. They did an excellent job installating the panels without any hassle in 2.5-3 hrs. Apart from the drilling noise, you wouldn't even realize they are there. The installation was very clean with no piping visible on the roof. They do provide the best panels on the market available today and their track record is reassuring in a market that sees a lot of churn from the companies. I hope the solar production is on par with the high expectations - we shall see!

Not happy with this company, but not because their solar panels don't do the job. I am very dismayed because they failed to inform me about financial incentives of more than $4,000 that I could have qualified for through the Energy Trust of Oregon. I knew about federal tax credits, but I only learned about these local incentives a couple of months ago -- 8 months after Pro-Stat finished the job -- and Energy Trust tells me now that they can't apply the incentives retroactively. Pro-Stat is a "trade ally" of Energy Trust of Oregon and should have informed and assisted me in getting their incentives. I took out a sizeable loan to finance the solar panels, and I could have taken a considerably smaller loan. In addition, the Pro-Stat salesperson employed hard-sale tactics -- "make a decision today if you want to get a X percent special discount" -- and later got bent out of shape when the company had to go through extra steps with the city because I live in an historic district. The technical people were good to deal with, but overall I think the company has quite lousy customer relations.

The team at Pro-Stat was exceptional. They answered all and any questions I had along the process. My install was done in a very prompt and professional manner. Susan and Todd were top of the line and had great communication and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I would recommend Pro-Stat to all my family and friends.

This company sells made in Washington, efficiency solar panel and installation. What they really sell is an extremely professional business. From the time Dave Wood called me, I’ve had nothing but positive feelings about installing the solar cells. I looked them up at the better business bureau and in the time they have been in business they have had zero (0) complaints. They walked me thru the permitting, installation and components. The installation crew was phenomenal!! They worked so well together the entire project was completed in three hours. The crew cleaned up so well I think they cleaned up some of my messes too! I just cannot recommend them highly enough. Wish I would have had them do my installation a few years back!
