The moment I bit into my Italian sub I instantly said to myself that this had to be THE BEST sub sandwich I had ever tasted! So delicious and great variety of options. Plus their shakes are awesome as well!

so expensive and so disappointing. the sandwich was small and missing bacon and cucumber which i specifically asked for and was charged extra for. $18 for a below sub par sandwich, small chip and drink. jimmy johns is exceptionally better in every way and cheaper with larger sandwiches.

Today the line was longer than usual but the employees were happy and pleasant and also made a point to thank me for my patience as I was checking out. Food is good and they have relatively inexpensive menu options for when you are on a budget.

Potato soup was ok but not very hearty. Not many potato chunks or other noticeable ingredients. The sandwich was ok, I had some version of an Italian sandwich. I probably would have even given this place a 4 but thre two people working that day, especially the female, should get out of the service industry. She clearly hated her job and projected that on to every customer I watched her interact with while I was there.

Meh... the sandwiches are okay, but nothing super special. Jimmy Johns is directly across the street where you can get bigger sandwiches for less money that taste better. They do have a few things here that JJ doesn't though. The soups, while costly for the small amount you get, are very tasty and well done, and they have a pretty wide array of extras you can get for your meal.

Everything was great except the grilled chicken sandwich has red peppers in the seasoning it seems, because I suffered an allergic reaction after eating it. Luckily it's only a mild allergy, but that probably should be mentioned on the menu. 😕

I went here about a dozen times. I was very disappointed with the malt shop. They actually cannot make malted beverages although they claim to be able to "nalt anything" this was actually false. Some of the store is not clean. Gross a bit.

Super disappointed. I have ordered from them through ubereats many times and every single time if I did not call to go over my order something was always missing. Normally I would call (which I should not have too) they have always tried to make right until now. All I got was well I will delete it and that's it! I would think it is not difficult to read and make sure what is ordered gets in the bag. I don't think it's rocket science hey but I could be wrong.

Great place to eat. The customer service was very nice, even more than what I expected. I cannot say that the food was out of this world, but it was what I expected: good food, good place to eat and good customer service. I would definitely visit it again.

Service cud be so much better. The sandwich was put together pretty bad. I could have got stuff from safeway and put a sandwich together myself if that's what I was going for. Everything fell out of the bread right away. The line was not intuitive, their process jumps around and with their many signs I couldn't tell that I needed to do more subway style picking after I'd already told them the sandwich i wanted. This process or lack thereof seems standard across potbelly stores. Sandwich was a salad plus soggy bread. Bottomline, bad experience.
