I typically order the chicken pot pie soup from Potbelly and decided to try this location for the first time. Unfortunately, the soup didn't match the quality I'm used to from other locations. While the place has ample seating, the overall experience fell short, and I'm unsure if I'll return to this specific location.
What a treat! I was on a daily stroll and came across this jewel and decided to experience a local sandwhich shop. So many but appropriately limited options and very friendly and accommodating staff. One staff, of which was quite artistic and proudly offered me a glance at his creation before I paid for my toasted tuna salad and swiss sandwhich. I highly recommend this place.
Chicken salad sandwich with cranberries and veggies plus a small Oreo "smoothie" (milkshake with yogurt instead of ice cream) for under $10? I'd call that very affordable! Plus most Fridays from 11 AM to 2 PM there's live acoustic music. Really adds a nice touch to the dining experience. Clean restaurant, helpful staff, quick bite to eat, will def return.
I have been eating at Potbelly for a while, but never had the chance to write a review until now. I love Potbelly Sandwich Shop. Their food is absolutely delicious. I love the casual yet modern vibe of the cafe. I love the country cafe type of feeling as well. The customer service has always been good as well. As a Vegetarian, I always have the veggie melt sandwich with added toppings. The sandwich is always full of flavor and toasted to perfection. I also enjoy the Mac and Cheese. It has a rich flavor and is creamy. If you are looking for a delicious and quick food place, then I recommend Potbelly!
I have been coming to this place for years since i work across the street. Today, I went in to order a sandwich and there was a line. I asked the woman behind the counter if I could use the restroom before I order. She said it’s for customers only. I said i was about to order can it wait. She told me I need to pay before I can use the restroom. When I told her that that was rude and I would now not be buying anything, she said “whatever”. Will not be coming back and will be telling my patients and coworkers t on go to one of the other sandwich shops in the area.
Delicious sandwiches and friendly staff. The hot peppers are very hot, but they're very tasty too, so we bought a jar of them to take home. There is indoor and outdoor seating.
Business district eat and go. Not a big deal. You get what your order. Simple, and that’s it. It’s ok for a chain but good for a tourist a quickie for a staple.
The meats, i got the italian, were very tasty but there wasn't enough. The skinniest, saddest sub. Out of pickles, out of pastrami (advertised special), and soda options were slim plus two of the choices were out...sad experience. When i hear potbelly i think of filling...this was not filling at all.
They mess up food pretty frequently. I called for a refund or a new sandwich when they sent me the wrong order and they kept telling me to call back and talk to someone. Never got my refund
I loved this place, and would stop for lunch when ever I found myself up near Madison. But today I found out they use a scale to weigh the meat for every sandwich with out wiping it or using wax paper. The scale was covered in old juices and meat chunks for nobody knows how long. I had to stop them and ask for a was paper my sandwich. They have a single point of cross contamination for every sandwich they make. And they were making a lot of them today, a stack of half made sandwiches 4 or 5 high next to the gal making my little bundle of salmonella. So that scale had the juices of the at least 64 other sandwiches she made before mine sitting at room temperature. I used to love this place but can't come here any more.
