It was really nice to go to a sub shop and have a sandwich that wasn't like every other sub I've ever had. Best sub sandwich I've had in a long time!
How can 4 people confirm your sandwich order, including the one putting mayo on it, and not see that bread with one skinny slice of chicken is not remotely a Mushroom Cheese Melt? When I call about it, they act like their being busy is my problem. I only get a half hour lunch period. I can't just walk away from job at random to have my sandwich corrected. I did not spend 15 minutes waiting and going through line to pay $6 for bread and a very thin slice of processed chicken. I have gone to this location 2 times in the past. I got a great salad once. Got another messed up sandwich order the other time. Not worth wasting my lunch time or money on. So much for the new management.
This place really hit the spot after a long, trying day of hospital adventure at Virgina Mason. Maybe a tad pricey but what isn't these days? I certainly didn't feel ripped off, though. The food was tasty & in good portions w 3 sandwich sizes available (great for a group w different hunger levels). I was impressed that the staff worked as a solid team w everyone helping to complete our order. Thank you, guys!
The worst experience I have ever had at a food establishment. Never have I been treated with such disrespect and in such a dismissive manner before. I have a dietary restriction being a vegetarian. I asked the spanish-speaking employee with a ponytail if he could make me a pizza melt without the meat. He ignored me and put meat in my sandwich anyways. When I told him again I am a vegetarian, he stopped making my sandwich. He not only denied me, but also said he will not make my order because he was too busy with other orders. When I asked who will make my sandwich, he said no one and told me to have a good day. I love potbelly sandwiches, but I will never set foot in that restaurant because of how poorly I was treated. What's even worse is that there were at least 2 other people working back there as well that definitely saw this and they did nothing. They did not acknowledge anything nor offer to step in. They may not have been rude or condescending, but they are just as bad as the guy who refused me. I left the same review on yelp, because I want others to know how horrible the service was.
Employee making my sandwich told me it would give me diarrhea. Walls were dirty, fruit flies in the dining area.

Fourth time this year that my delivery order was wrong. Twice for missing items. This latest time, they wouldn't send someone to deliver the item and refused to issue a refund. The person I spoke with claimed to be the manager. Total incompetence.

Simply amazing. I had the Italian toasty plus tomato, onion, hot peppers, lettuce and red wine vinegar plus mayo. Delicious. The furniture is uncomfortable and it was way too hot inside. Good sandwichs, but for the price they charge, they should be a lot better. $35 for two "Big" sandwiches that aren't the size, not the quantity of fillings, of a regular Subway sub? Plus you want a tip just for making it? Come on.
