Customer service is atrocious. Anna, a lady, was in a bad mood, and she spoke to me as if she was reprimanding me. She was impolite, and I felt uneasy not only as a customer, but also because she was making my sandwich. I will never return; it was my first but final visit.
Holy cow I love this place. Staff is engaging and lively, food is top notch! Always want another wreck, it's a great sandwich.

Food & service is always great. App needs to give correct pick up time for you. It's an hour later than what it shows us.
Awesome ingredients, fun staff, great food! It's worth the walk across the street to avoid Jimmy John's, this place is much better.
Good food but they consistently mess up my order. Once I got bacon on bread instead of a BLTA, and several times they have just not delivered my order.
Great spot for a quick sandwich and was surprised to find they have milkshakes too. Much preferred over Jimmy John's and Subway.
Good sandwiches, great service, conveniently located across from the doctor's office and much appreciated after be a long 2 hour drive to Seattle on the parking lot known as I-5. ;-)
I usually just go here for the soups and salads. Nothing fancy, but it'll get the job done for lunch. Order online to skip the fairly long lines during the lunch rush!
Always fresh food, willing to customize orders and friendly. Our preferred neighborhood soup and sandwich menu. Try the Turkey/Lentil soup for a mild spicy taste surprise!
