They have great staff, popular branded clothing at an affordable price, selling clothing is simple with reasonable rules for selling. Overall, I love the idea of selling clothes (most notably branded) and reselling it also I like supporting small businesses （＾ｖ＾）
This is the best Platos Closet location that I have been to. They have a great selection of clothes to choose from and many different sizes. I highly recommend going here. It’s great in the staff are very friendly.
I arrived with six bags of clothes, shoes, and purses. They were clean and in good shape. I was supposed to receive a text message within two hours after the staff finished checking my items, but I got a text shortly after leaving the store. When I came back to this location, an associate told me all of my clothes were too “mature.” Half of my clothes were mature as they call it, but I also had enough clothes, shoes, and purses that were in season and age appropriate for the store. It makes me wonder if they actually checked my clothes like they said they did for them not to find anything. Not to sound entitled, but I just find this hard to believe. This has to be the third time where I’ve been to a Plato’s Closet where this happened, and all of my items were in good condition for each visit. Considering my own experiences with this store, I’ll go to a local consignment shop for my items going forward.
Brought a bag of clothes and a small bag of shoes. Well taken care of, clean, high quality, trendy items and they didn’t take but a few items (for about $3 a piece). its a bit of an overpriced store for what you’re getting, lots of items were priced quite high for second-hand. Selection is not great (which is why I don’t understand how when I bring items they only take a few pieces). Staff wasn’t very friendly. Additionally, I think it’s a bit odd that after they sort through the clothes they can “recycle” the rest of them rather than donating them. A lot of things can still be donated after and it would serve people more good for the clothes to be donated rather than recycled. Overall, overpriced and unhelpful.
My daughter has been selling and buying clothes here for several years. She recently took in my closet clean out as I had changed sizes. I will be checking to see if my clothes are for sale there soon. As designer jeans with tags don’t fetch nothing. However if they’d been pleasant it would be a different story but they were unpleasant and unprofessional. A bit hypocritical to have be kind signs up in the store and treat people badly. I’ll be checking in for my clothes to be for sale as that’s theft if they do sell them. But rest assured I don’t do business anymore buying or selling with people that treat other badly. I’d encourage others to do the same. Resale stores are a dime a dozen take your business to one that backs up their be kind signs.
What a nice store full of great clothing, but the only thing they lack are employees with morals and without prejudice. Unfortunately we suffered racism here and were unable to complete a sell here where we love to shop. I have never suffered that in any other location throughout the DFW. I wanted to sell my clothes and because of my brown skin color I was declined to sell anything to this store with brand new tags and high end shoes. It is a shame to suffer that in this day and age. They also put a sign up to not curse out the employees as you walk into the store on the front door. That immediately gives off bad vibes, why the need for that? Why put such a sign and not investigate on what is the real issue in that store? Whoever runs this store is going to bring this business down to the ground with the rude and unkind behavior, keep selling to white people because they are about to become a minority and your biggest shoppers are Hispanics, lol! Keep it up and keep making the minimum amount of money for the owner.
I only shop here, not sell, so my experience is different from other reviewers. All of my Madewell, Levi’s, and Zara jeans are from this location for a fraction of the price they were originally! If I can get a really nice pair of fitting (and gently worn) Madewell jeans for $20, that were originally $150+, I call that a win!!:)

I came in today to sell clothing and I had products from Nike to fashion nova to Sheen in good condition and she only took four items and they were Walmart clothing and said that the rest of the clothes couldn’t sell that they were in “style “ in my opinion, I will never be coming to Plato’s closet in Euless again to either buy or sell clothes
3 ikea bags, some with brand new tags, all name brand items such as free people, arie, Lululemon and they passed on everything. I will never go back to this location again. Waste of time. Rude staff. I resale all over texas and beyond.
