This place is amazing!! This is the best one in the DFW area! I took my clothes here to sell the other day, and it was the best selling experience out of all the stores I’ve been too. Sales associates were very knowledgeable and friendly, the store was clean and smelled nice as soon as you walked in. Plus it only took them an hour to process my stuff which was fast given it was a Saturday! Overall I will be coming back to this location.

You can spend $50 - $100 and have any entirely new wardrobe. It’s great. Whereas, if you go shopping it any store in the mall, it’s like $100 for a single pair of jeans.
PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU THINK ABOUT GOING If you ever wanna sell old clothes or old items, I highly suggest you just do it on Depop instead of here. They’re scammers and don’t take anything and give you the most unreasonable excuse.

I brought in 2 bags of high end brand name items & was only offered $17 for three items. I'm still not understanding what the reason was for not taking more of my items. Nothing was stained or in bad shape. Will never do business with them again.

Took in a buckrt full of clothes most with tags still or brand mew without tags they took 2 pieces. I stayed to look at their clothes and i dont understand how they dont take new items but take garments with holes and pet hair all over. Should have saved my gas.
I’ve had good experiences here both selling and shopping. The selling process is easy and doesn’t take long, and the staff is friendly. The store is clean, organized, and has a good selection with reasonable prices.
I liked that I didn’t have to wait very long. However, the staff were not kind or welcoming, and they didn’t help me at all. The first girl asked me to read the instructions, and when I asked if they were the same as the ones on Instagram, she took a long time to respond and made me feel like I was bothering her. When it was time to complete the deal, they didn’t show me the clothes they wanted. I had to ask to see them, and they placed them in a high box that I could barely reach without offering any help.
