Okay I went in to just look around and man was I happy that I found this store. I ended up loving this store. They had great Shorts and shirts at great prices. I bought me a Gym Shark shirt for $15. It is in great condition and I have used couple times at my gym and everyone loves it and comments on it. I also bought casual everyday shorts. I love them and for $12 that was a great deal. I ended up looking up company info and found out those shorts were $60 new. These shorts look new and feel great. I ended up talking and getting help from Aly and Michael. Aly was nice and Michael was helpful and nice. I know for sure I'm gonna come back to this store and shop here again. It was a clean, friendly, big store & I even loved one of the men's Colonge that I ended up loving and buying.

Employees are nice and store is neat clean and organized BUT they don’t know what they are doing when it comes to selecting clothes they want to buy from you at all. I recently took all my nieces clothes that were brand new after she passed away to see what we could get for them to help with costs of funeral. She had name brand clothing for young adults from The Buckle, American Eagle, Vans, Levi’s and several other brands. Several dresses that were brand new with tags still on them that were over $100 each… and this place didn’t want any of them because they said they weren’t in style. Seems crazy to me because the very same day I took all these clothes to another store and they bought all of it from me for almost $250. ($239 to be exact) so… maybe Plato’s Closet needs better employees who actually know their brands and a good opportunity for the business to make money. They seem to not know what they’re doing. There were even 3 new pairs of Vans shoes still with tags on them and seems crazy they couldn’t even offer me $5 a pair. What a joke. Never will go here again. What a waste of time.
Their prices keep going up...but so does their customer service most days. The staff is usually pretty friendly and available. There has just been a lack of T-shirt’s for girl teens. I never leave empty handed though!

The staff were very kind and personable! I witnessed another customer get upset (no idea why) and I feel that the owner handled it well. Only had to wait about 20 minutes for my sale. They mostly take trendy clothes and teen styles. Good way to get a few bucks if you’re getting rid of clothes anyway!
Got this amazing Dooney bag from there I’m I’m obsessed with Hailey helped me with purse choice. Staff has been so friendly every time I go. We have found amazing deals as well.
Don’t bother coming to this euless location especially if u rely on tryin clothes on! Limited selection and even if u find something, good luck knowing if it fits! ALL fitting rooms are CLOSED on a freak Saturday! Me and daughter came looking for cruise clothes and actually found a couple of pieces but had to leave because we couldn’t try it on to know for sure if they would work out! Super disappointed in this location! Do better Euless!
