Me and my boyfriend enjoyed our time shopping around. Many employees were very friendly and overall good experience. Veronica at the register was very kind and patient as we bought a lot of stuff! Would recommend, affordable and good quality products. :))

I travel a lot for work, and always stop in when I have time. This was the best Plato’s Closet I’ve been to and men’s selection is the biggest I’ve seen across multiple stores. Everything was organized really well and Nadia was very helpful in checking out. Overall, a great experience.

I such a great experience tonight at the midnight madness, love love when they have these deals going on find such great things for very good price. Tonight Nevaeh was a very good help and has such an amazing personality I love her customer service, keep up the good work!! 👍🏽

Horrible experience at this location! I normally never have an issue and I love shopping at the westover hills location, but I wanted to sell clothes in exchange for some cash. I couldn’t do it at westover, since it’s 34 minutes away from me and this location was closest to me, being about a 23 minute drive. I bring 2 bags in and let them know what I was there for. The service wasn’t rude but it was off. Not my concern though, they helped me so that’s what matters. They tell me to give them an hour to an hour 15. I went to go Christmas shopping and I end up home and they texted me saying it was ready. When I was available after dinner, I went back just for them to tell me they can’t accept ANY article of clothing that I brought because they’re too “mature” for the store yet they marked it as wear and tear (which most of the items are gently used but cleaned or never worn). Are we serious? But I see crop tops, tubes tops, low cut tops and skin tight dresses all the time there, but these clothes are too mature? They sell ripped jeans and shorts that have holes was bigger than the ones I tried bringing in yet they can’t accept it? Wasted my time, gave a bad name to this location and I’m not sure I’ll go back. Mind you, this is my first impression of this location. Had they called me or SOMETHING prior to me coming in, I probably wouldn’t have been this upset, but this was extremely unprofessional, a huge disappointment and a waste of my time.

I am leaving a 1 star review today. I had been treated previously well here but not today. I went back in to get all of my items which is perfectly fine however I asked to just get my belongings and was very rudely told to wait in line well all the person did was look at my ID which the person who treated me rudely could have done as there was no one in line behind me at the counter to drop off . I don't feel good and am in severe pain today and when I got my items back they were literally thrown in not even half ass folded like I took them all in. Most of them were all wadded up like they were throwing away trash or something. I was just given excuses by the manager so I walked out extremely unhappy. I had found a nice pair of doc martens I was going to buy as well. But to get treated like that I don't think so...

Went by yesterday and purchased 4 Kurt Cobain tees. Leah was cashing me out and was very sweet. She was very informative and helpful. Thank you Leah! I will be coming back soon.

I went in there to go look for some new jeans and flats and I found what i needed and Leah came out on the floor to let me know what the deals were for the day. She was so sweet and considerate of what I came in the store for. The prices were so good and the store was so clean when I went in i hope to see Leah there again when I go back! 💞

i sell clothes here often and everyone who works here is always so sweet and kind. this visit i came close to closing to pickup a buy and jackie particularly was awesome and she was working hard and communicating well with her coworkers, what needed to be done before closing and again, super kind. great team energy here

Josie was amazing I loved interacting with her! She was such a joy! I love coming to this location everyone’s always so welcoming.
