Absolute trash of a chain. Gave me 8 dollars for a 200 dollar north face jacket. Do not sell anything here unless u are desperate and absolutely need cash.
I absolutely love shopping here because I always find good deals. The whole staff is very nice but there is an employee by the name of Amberlyn, that always goes above & beyond to help when I have questions or need her opinion, regarding certain items I am interested in purchasing. She has a great personality as well. I also like how this location posts on Facebook, when there are certain sales going on.
Wish I could leave 0 stars. I’ve thrifted all around San Antonio and this is the worst thrift shop I’ve come across. I hope this location gets shut down. The employees are beyond unprofessional. Not to mention the odor in the establishment 🤢
Shout out the employee OTI for a great experience and being super helpful on a very busy day!! Levi pants for $14 you can’t beat that
DO NOT SELL HERE. Zero customer service. I brought in a huge tote bag filled with a ton of clothes, would be about 3 trash bags filled with brand new (tag still on) lulu lemon, zara and other items. They gave me a 3 hr wait time around 2:30. At 5:47 they started sorting my items and my offer was ready by 5:59. I do not believe they sorted through every single item in just 12 minutes. Absolute waste of time. Furthermore, no greeting when I came to pick up my items, just blank stares. Finally someone directed me to the register and the guy “helping me” just said “it’s gonna be ‘x’ amount”. He handed me the cash and said nothing else. I didn’t know if I was done or what to do next. When I grabbed my bag there were items in it that were not mine. Extremely strange and uncomfortable experience. I’d never return nor would I recommend to anyone else. Every employee is clearly miserable working here and unfortunately take it out on costumers.
Excellent customer service and a great shopping experience. Super friendly and helpful staff!” Savahna in particular was super helpful and kind when checking out.
I’ve dropped clothes off here and I’ve bought clothes here. Everything is nice I don’t ever have a problem with stains or holes. There’s a big inventory as well. So 10/10.
I went to Plato’s in hopes of selling wintertime clothing and dropped off approximately 150 name brand items (Abercrombie, Ralph Lauren, JCrew, LuLu, Hollister, Lacoste) and received all but four of the items back. When I asked about why they couldn’t accept almost all of what I brought, they didn’t give a reason. It seems like they didn’t try to look through what I brought and it was a total waste of time. Better off donating to avoid wasting your time.
Very friendly service and the cashier (Savannah) made me felt welcomed and want to come back for a visit at the store.
Had a good time, store music and vibes were pretty good. Found cheap items, it was amazing. Thanks to Josie for being of help and being kind.
