Mike went above and beyond to find a shoe for my wife. Then helped me put together a few outfits. Came in to spend $40. End up spend $200. Money well spent!

While using the changing room I stepped on shorts soak in pee won’t be going back there told the person in charge at the time and she just smiled didn’t say really anything and another employee stepped in and asked what dressing room no apology nothing I understand it’s a second hand store but being sanitary should be the bare minimum.

Customer service is terrible, and SLOW!! 3 people behind the counter and only one person helping customers checkout. The checkout process is painfully slow too 😣 I won't be coming back to this high priced thrift store.

I came in to sell my sisters close today and Leah checked me in and helped me out when i came back for my clothes and was so very sweet and caring towards me. Very nice and big store, i’ll be back to sell more clothes soon!

They provide a flawless customer service It is definitely a hard working team with costumer’s needs orientation. Krista made me feel confident and explained all the rules and how the buy works without frustration with patience and respect. I do recommend this place for selling and buying also !

I had a super great visit, the store was incredibly clean and had a great atmosphere. Marc was incredibly helpful and sweet. They were also playing some great music.
