I had Karine from Peak Builders and Roofers of Denver update my kitchen cabinets and countertops here in Lone Tree after seeing the gorgeous kitchen she did for my neighbor. That pretty much sold me right there. She helped me completely refresh the space, and the new cabinetry fits so well with the room. The countertops look clean and modern, and the island she built is honestly the part I love the most — it changed the whole feel of the kitchen. Karine was great to work with, kept things organized while everything was going on, and always let me know what was happening next without overwhelming me. The kitchen feels brighter, more open, and just way more “me” now. I’m really happy with how it all turned out.

It's been a true pleasure having the team at peak builders remodel our bathroom. The new windows are so nice. The bathroom was so gloomy before, it felt like a cell. The porcelain stand-alone bath is a dream, I could just soak all day. Looking forward to the next project. Thank you guys.

I had my apartment in Denver remodeled right before moving here for my new job, and I’m honestly so glad it was done. Walking into a space that feels clean, updated, and comfortable made a huge difference during such a big transition. The bathroom especially turned out great — the tile work looks really well done and gives the whole place a more modern feel. The work was finished before the date we agreed on in the contract, which was such a relief, and the cleaning crew did an amazing job — the apartment was spotless when it was done. Moving is already stressful enough, and having everything wrapped up early and clean made it so much easier. I’m really happy with how it all turned out.

Efi managed a basement remodel in Aurora, and the transformation is incredible. He worked with us to design a layout that made sense for our family and stayed mindful of our budget. The crew installed drywall, flooring, and trim with precision, and they cleaned up thoroughly each day. The finished space feels warm and inviting, nothing like the dark basement it used to be. What stood out most was how communicative Efi was, keeping us updated at every stage. The project finished on time and exactly as promised. It’s now one of our favorite parts of the house.

After 10 years of waiting for this, we finally did it! Peak builders helped us turn our vision into reality. We completely remodeled our kitchen and master bathroom, added an extra powder room in our main area. We also changed all our carpets into hardwood. We did our extensive research before choosing a GC company and are very glad we went with Peak! Karine was with us through out all phases, she was patient and kind and made sure we were happy with every step and every detail. She was very transparent about everything, stuck to the prices we were given at the start. We were also gone away for part of the renovations but were updated with detailed photos and videos the entire time we were gone, it was very reassuring. We are grateful and if you have a doubt choose peak!

Finally ripped out what felt like 3 generations of old laminate flooring in our Denver house and replaced it all with LVP and new baseboards. Honestly kinda funny seeing how many layers of bad flooring were hiding under there 😂. The new floors completely changed the place though cleaner, quieter, and way more updated now. Super glad we finally did it.

Just finished turning our basement into a bedroom, bathroom, and a small rec room, and it honestly came out way better than we expected. Jacob and Ron handled the whole thing and made it feel pretty low-stress for a project this size. The bedroom is actually comfortable, the bathroom looks clean and modern, and the rec space has already become our go-to hangout spot. It finally feels like a real part of the house instead of wasted space, and we’re really glad we went through with it!

Just had our hardwood floors refinished and new carpet put in by Jacob, and it completely changed the feel of the house. The floors look brand new again and the carpet makes everything feel warmer and more comfortable. He kept the work moving and made sure everything was put back together the right way. It feels like walking into a different place now, and our kids can now play in the basement on cold days.

I had the kitchen and hallway floors switched over to tile and added mini splits to the house, and I’m so happy I did. Jacob handled the whole thing, and it made everything so much easier. The tile makes the space feel cleaner and brighter, and the mini splits have been a total game changer the house finally stays comfortable no matter what the weather’s doing.The whole process was smooth and way less stressful than I expected. Jacob explained everything clearly, Ron helped with planning and material lists, and it all came together exactly how I pictured it. It honestly feels like a whole new place now, and I love coming home to it.
