beautiful place to sit and sip a coffee by yourself or meet with a group. it’s great people watching and the interior of union station is so dazzling!
The chai latte has a very heavy spice to it which I like but their coffee selection is very limited, as far as buying a bag is concerned.
The staff were friendly and welcoming and the shop is right at the entrance of union station.The iced caramel latte- good strong coffee, just the right amount of caramel. Lots of tables for seating
Espresso is not the best. Ppl are very nice and atmosphere is taking you back in times
ABSOLUTELY BLOODY TERRIFIC, mate!! The dandelion crunch from their Ham Jerry menu was bloody stupendous
Union Station is a beautiful building and a very pleasant albeit somewhat echoey atmosphere for a coffee shop. Parisi is a top coffee name in KC in my opinion and this particular shop doesn’t disappoint. The lattes are the right temp (immediately drinkable) and creamy of froth. A friend from out of town having his first mocha with oat milk raved about it - several times! I wish they would offer to do ceramic mugs for customers planning to drink at the café, but that would be my only negative
Such a big fan of Parisi. I frequent there location at the airport each time I go somewhere! The coffee is always delicious and the staff is always so kind. They are quite busy so be prepared for the line!

We stopped in and grabbed a coffee while we walked around. The blueberry lavender coffee was really good.
When the customers and the baristas are rude and then you figure out, when your order is interrupted for the 2nd time, they know each other…….. go figure lol.
