Hot Chocolate was Amazing and reasonably priced. Definitely a place to enjoy Pastries and Coffee. Staff was friendly and hard working. Very steady business.

Very good local coffee roaster in the historic environment of Union Station. Parisi was our daily stop during our stay and far better than anything in the Crown Center and just a short walk away through The Link walkway. As others have mentioned it’s a great place to people watch and there’s some great fine dining nearby at Pierpont’s.

Went on a Monday afternoon. Service was not great, but I had no problems or concerns. I told staff what I wanted and they rang me up and gave me my items (just nothing "great" or happy). My latte was unremarkable BUT very hot and a much needed pick me up. My almond croissant tasted almost stale but no worries. I enjoyed my first visit to union station and my coffee.

I hate writing 1-star Google reviews however, this one is warranted. Parisi was recommended to me by a good friend that visits KC often. I was so excited and looking forward to trying this place out. When we arrived, around 9:30/10am we were the only ones there. I went up to the counter and was barely acknowledged. She wouldn't even look at me. No smile, no welcome. I even told her this was my first time there thinking that would prompt her to say something or to give me some sort of history or any information but we got nothing. I went ahead and ordered because that's how badly I wanted to try the coffee. I ordered a Caffè Latte with caramel and my brother ordered an espresso. The lady that gave us our order just set it at the counter & walked off like she was upset she even had to work, went back to leaning on the back counter. The coffee and my brothers espresso were amazing. I wanted to purchase bags of coffee however I wasn't about to go through a painful interaction with the staff. Someone really needs to retrain them on customer service. Such a disappointment especially in such a beautiful location.

We went on a Sunday morning, and got hot and iced coffees with extra shots, as well as some pastries. The price was high but I figured it would be because of the location. The coffee would have been great if it would have been combined better, the top was way too sweet and the bottom was nothing but espresso and I was not impressed. Our pastries were 2 sugar cookies, 2 chocolate chip cookies and 2 cosmic brownies. The chocolate chip wasn't awful, the sugar was very salty, almost like eating playdough, and the cosmic brownie wasn't very sweet. I had 2 kiddos with me and they didn't like any of the pastries either. I figured given the atmosphere the product would at least be good, nope. It was a very clean place though.

Great Baristas and super friendly service! The Cortado was spot on, great flavor, steamed perfect, and temperature served was just right. I purchased a bag of beans and one of the baristas gave me a bag of a blend roast they do. Again great shop and a great cup of coffee in a neat spot.

Friendly staff, compared to Starbucks and quick service. Quaint little coffee shop inside Union Station, KC, Missouri.

Great coffee, the Croissant were not warm but I asked the guy to warm it up and it came out great so an A+ for that. the Mixberry and cheese pastry is absolutely amazing! If you are visiting KC and looking for a place to breakfast and good coffee this is the place for it. Also is inside the Union Station, very nice venue!

Apparently do not like families. We had a group of adults waiting to order. Immediately after the first one ordered, a lady with a snarky attitude came out and us to move because we’re in way of the line. She must have failed to realize our 8 adults WERE the line. No one else was there. Needless to say, we left. Only 2 of us ordered & honestly her rudeness saved us from all wasting $ on subpar drinks.

The worst customer service I’ve ever had at a coffee shop. The coffee is equivalent to average gas station coffee. Many other great coffee shops to enjoy just a short walk away from this place. Took a pic of the cashier w/ the worst attitude of all time.
